These guys are the best. They came in, gave an honest quote and showed up to finish the install within the hour. All told, the entire experience was 5 hours from quote to job finished. I've never left a review before, but these guys deserve it. (See More)

Joshua A & Kou did a wonderful job installing my new Carrier funace & AC. Joshua arrived on time and promptly went to work dismantling my old furnace. When Kou arrived with the new units, the professional coordination displayed left me confident that my money was well spent. After the install & testing, Joshua showed me how to operate my new environmental control system worked. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Josh was very thorough, did a great job installing our furnace in a timely fashion, and explained things well. He also put in a new line for the AC drain so that it goes directly into the sink, thus allowing us to remove the old line on the floor which was in the way. Great job overall!! (See More)

Joshua A. installed our furnace today - he was on time, super helpful and polite, kept the entire team moving to keep our installation on time. He took time to show my husband and I how the new thermostat worked and strong recommended the smartphone app for convenience. Our dog liked him too! Usually it's kind of nerve-wracking to have a service professional in the house, but with Josh it was like having an old high school friend who was in the business take care of us. I found Josh A to be a great installation expert. He was very professional. He arrived on time and stayed over 10 hours working on the installation. He provided text and photo updates throughout the day and kept me in the loop as he made progress. When I came home he was extremely patient in answering questions and provided candid and honest opinions. I felt i was in good hands with his expertise the whole way and provided a good experience in what I consider to be a bit stressful (and expensive) experience of purchasing and installing a new furnace (See More)

He did everything to make us satisfied and happy with our selections. He had other crew fellows coming with him or came later to do many different tasks in timely order and they did good work, too. A new Carrier furnace was installed with 3 zone controls. The Infinity Touch and 1 zone control work very well. Unfortunately, the 3rd zone control will not yet operate. So, the system is still pending. Hopefully, arrangements to complete the install will be completed soon. (See More)

Service was excellent. From the salesman (Don) to the installers. Justin P. and Josh A. They answered all my questions. Everything was as promised. The installers showed up on time, clean uniforms and appearance. I had a complete system replacement (A/C and furnace) They were tidy during the install, cleaned up after. I belive these guys went the extra mile. Heck even the electrician (Pat) answered a great question on my panel. You can not go wrong with MSP for any job. (See More)
