I can't thank John enough for the wonderful job he did installing my mother's new toilet. He took into consideration the size of her bathroom, in fact he had a picture of the area, and selected the right size toilet. He was right on time and called before arriving. This was the best experience I have had in a very long time in respect to home maintenance. Willy and his son William arrived early and after explaining their plan for the day, they immediately got to work. A short time later the owner Michael arrived with a third technician, Victor. They brought the replacement water heater. From Michael finding my water meter during the estimate by getting down on his knees and digging it out, all the way through the repiping, the men were professional, friendly, made sure I knew what they were doing every step of the way. They worked hard all day and the 3 of them worked excellently together. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This also goes for the office staff, especially Sharon. I've been a customer for over nine years. I first used Michael's Plumbing when I owned my first home and they did awesome work. The field technician and office staff are always polite and professional. I recently called Michael's because of a toilet blockage and they sent out John M. He was polite, friendly, and professional. John fixed the problem and like always I was happy! If you have any questions you can call the office and speak with Ruth or Dyanna. I highly recommend Michael's Plumbing for any plumbing issues as their affordable, available 24/7, and fast scheduling for service.

I have to say that I feel I was taken advantage of due to the necessity of getting our leak repaired ASAP. Everything was handled in a professional way. I knew what the cost was going to be. What I did not expect was 3 hours labor and maybe $50 in parts would cost me $1585.96!!! Can’t help but to fill I was ripped off! $500 dollars an hour is excessive!! 09/22/20 |

Michael J. came to our house yesterday to deal with a frozen Moen tub/shower faucet cartridge. What was supposed to be a 1/2 hr job become 3 hrs. The brass cartridge would not budge after many failed attempts, so he replaced the entire tub/shower valve and hardware. A very professional job done by a very competent plumber. I provided all specs to John who installed the 50 gal unit. He con firmed all ok for him. He said water temp and all were ok.
After one day we still had limited WARM water. I for a test kit and confirmed temp was below 120 degrees.
I contacted michaels plumbing, shared my info and another tech came. He used a laser temp gauge which registered 121. I used my laser tester as well as the test from Duke energy, both showed temp well below 120. He said he could do nothing since the settings on the water heater set to 120, he could do nothing.
After set gauges up to 125, the water from the unit was finally at 121. That was what we expected.
I called John again with results and came with a stack of excuses and fish tailed with a pile of excuses.
My recommendation, buy the same Rheem unit at the best price and get anyone but Michaels to do the hookup, because they take no responsibility for customer support. Ruth L., John M. 08/12/20 |

Great service Patrick was knowledgeable I live in condo / apartment and knowing what I know now on how to fix the situation. During covid 19 finding people to come out is hard ive called at least 20 places Saturday.These guys where the first to respond and I will use them for remodeling my home I have two other plumbing repairs and they are on my list.
