Amazing company from the service technicians to sales. Everyone is extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly. They kept everything so nice and clean as well. They installed a new boiler and even offered space heaters while the work took place. Meyer & Depew was highly recommended to me and I highly recommend them. These guys were super friendly! I pestered them with questions and they were very patient and answered them all with details. It was discovered my chimney was not up to snuff, THEY (Frank & Steve) made all the arrangements for me....all I had to do was pay! We had M & D replace a failed heat pump with an attic furnace A/C combination unit. They installed a new gas line from the meter up to the attic, removed the old unit, installed the new. We now have efficient A/C and Great Heat in that area. We never had great heat there before. The team was reliable, punctual, neat and fast and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier. (See More)

Our furnace’s motor and fan broke in the middle of the night. We called Meyer & Depew the next morning and they came out that day to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth the cost of fixing so we decided to purchase a new furnace. The team was helpful and reviewed all of our options and answered our questions without making us feel pressured. They team if Frank, Rob, Frank, and Victor we’re back to our house in 36 hours to install. They were all very professional and did a great job. They were efficient, neat, and proformed high quality work. They reviewed the new system with us before they left. Our new furnace is so much better than our previous model. Thank you all. (See More)

First our comfort specialist was incredibly professional, measured all of the rooms which none of the other companies did, to guarantee that we would get the right sized unit. Also, they lent us window units during a heat wave. Then Rob and Mike M. came out on a Saturday to get everything started. They laid down cool floor covering that stuck to the floors so that they didn't track anything in the house. They were super professional and efficient friendly to us, our kids and our dogs. Our furnace went out the coldest day of winter so far this year. We called Meyer and Depew and they saw us the same day. Figured out what the problem was and had everything installed two days later. There were 4 men in the crew that installed our new Carrier Furnace/ AC system. The Lead for the install was John W. The 4th person was Mike M. He was not included in the employee profile. The installation was excellent. They worked throughout the day and into the early evening determined to make sure we had heat by the end of the day and we did. John W. was very thorough during the install and in explaining the operation of the system. Everyone was very professional. After the work was completed, the work area was cleaned up and the system was ready to go. I would definitely recommend Meyer & Depew for any Furnace or A/C needs, whether a new install, repair work or maintenance. Excellent people working for an outstanding company.

We were in need of a new furnace ASAP!!!!! Andre provided us with our options. We made our decision and on installation day, we had John W. as our lead, then he was assisted by Mike M., Rob M, & Phil C. They worked throughout the day and finished at 6:30 p.m. A very long day for everyone, but at the end, we had HEAT!!!!! John W, explained how to operate our new system. Glenn Regers was the only salesperson out of 9 companies who truly LISTENED to what we wanted. He gave use a few options - once we pulled the trigger, the process was flawless. Rob M was the lead installer with Frank B and Victor A as team members. They were on time, friendly, professionally dressed....they put down protective drop cloths and moved things out of the way for them to work on a total gut and replacement. They finished on time and the end result is almost a work of art. Rob's attention to detail is second to none and the diligence of the whole team made everything go smoothly. After 30 years, decided to replace HVAC system. At the recommendation of a neighbor, called Meyer and Depew. Andre, the salesman couldn't have been more informative. Rob and Frank arrived on the scheduled date and time. Went right to work. I also needed a new circuit breaker box and Rich from ARC Electric arrived and did the job. They were all very polite and professional. Since it was a 2 day job, they made sure that the air conditioning was working properly. The second day they arrived at the scheduled time and went right to work. Once the job was completed, Rob reviewed the system with me along with the day to day operation of the unit. Rob wrote down the size of the filter and advised me to change it every 1-2 months. I highly recommend Meyer & Depew. (See More)
