Our heating system went down. Sales responded immediately. Installation staff was great! Luke and Jason removed the old unit and installed the new one. Steve worked on some duct work. Gary also contributed to the installation. Luke and Jason first thing they did was put down floor covering. Very polite and worked the entire time. Took the time to explain a new digital thermostat. Answered all our questions. Very professional!

Collin and Jeff were assigned to install a new heater at my house. Not only did they do the job efficiently and professionally, they were also personable and cool to talk to. Care was taken on little things like using drop cloths to not get the house dirty, meticulous post-installation cleanup, and a crash course in operating the system and reading basic codes from it etc. Basically, KHAC and its people in the field rock. Tyler and Derrick did a terrific job on our AC Install. Very professional, in and out in 2 hours and made sure we were set up for success before they left. Answered all questions and made sure we felt comfortable using the new thermostat before they departed. Prior to install, Tyler walked through a thermostat issue over the phone to ensure my family was comfortable while I was out of town. Great job, would definitely recommend. (See More)

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Gary and Collin were phenomenal!!! Very courteous, polite and friendly. They answered all of my questions and they worked well as a team. The work sites were completely cleaned up :)

Having seen their vans in my neighborhood many times over the last few years, that was a strong recommendation I noted for when I would need something. So when the time came to get a new hot water heater a couple of weeks ago, and I also saw a positive recommendation on the NextDoor app from a neighbor, Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning was my first phone call. I am very happy with the service and help I received from all three employees involved-- Kayla, ****** and Gary. Kayla was friendly, helpful, and able to schedule an appointment quickly to take a look. She was also very helpful afterwards, scheduling the required appointment with the County inspector to make sure everything met code. Appointment to price was with ****** and he was a pleasure to work with. He has an honesty and integrity that can be difficult to find in businesses these days. He easily assessed what was and wasn't needed for replacement, explained everything clearly. Appointment to do the job was also easily scheduled, ***** returned with **** to do the job, and **** does terrific work too. They did a great job, made sure no drips or leaks, everything was finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up, and the old water heater hauled away. I felt I was treated fairly and professionally, and you can bet they will be my first call when I need HVAC. Highly recommend. (See More)

My AC went out on a hot Sunday night. I called Kirkwood Heating & Air Monday morning and Jeff came out that same day. This was during the time of two weeks of 100 degree Temps. I have health issues and the scheduler squeezed me in. Fan motor went out and Jeff got it running temporarily until new unit could be installed. The installers were great and very pleasant as they worked in humid 100 degree temperature. The company and staff are the best. Without their efforts I would had to stay in a motel. I have been using Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning for about eight years for both an a/c check in the spring and a furnace check in the fall. They installed a new a/c unit five years ago and a new water heater in 2015. "Team Kirkwood" has always been professional, courteous and timely in providing service. I remember my a/c went out on a holiday weekend five years ago when it was so hot and humid I couldn't remain in the house. They made room for me and installed a new a/c within 48 hours. It was similar when my water heater bit the dust during the winter months last year. A new water heater was installed within 24-36 hours. The installation caused some debris from the old lead pipes in my house to clog the kitchen and bathroom faucets. Literally, a team of three were here working for a few hours to try to unclog the faucets. Alas, I had to hire a plumber since the old lead pipes had to be replaced but I was grateful the men at Kirkwood Heating & Air did what they could. (See More)
