Tyler and Derrick did a terrific job on our AC Install. Very professional, in and out in 2 hours and made sure we were set up for success before they left. Answered all questions and made sure we felt comfortable using the new thermostat before they departed. Prior to install, Tyler walked through a thermostat issue over the phone to ensure my family was comfortable while I was out of town. Great job, would definitely recommend. (See More)

I have used KHAC for all my home system installs and have never been disappointed. They are there to provide a system that meets your needs and within your budget. They don’t pressure sell which I greatly appreciate! They even offer financing if needed. My recent install, Gary went above and beyond in the midst of a pandemic and still showed up for the install of my furnace and AC. And because my landscaper never showed to prep the site for my AC unit, Gary did a little landscaping to make it happen (no charge)! Kudos to everyone involved! I had a furnace problem shortly before Christmas and needed a new one installed. Kirkwood heating responded with service above and beyond the call of duty, first going out of the way to locate what I needed, which was an unusual item, them installing it promptly -- only to discover that a critical piece (under warranty) was defective. They put a rush order in, the piece was delivered and installed just a few days before the holiday, when I had 17 people coming for dinner. Wonderful. Tyler did beautiful work, and Kayla took time on her day off to go the office and meet me in order to get the order in. This kind of attention just cannot be beaten. (See More)

About a month ago we found out that our home was not warming up by noticing the thermostat. We called Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning and they came for a service call THAT day. They gave us the news that our Heating and AC units needed to be replaced. They put a temporary fix on the furnace and guided us through the replacement procedure including the finance options. We set an installation date and they were here early on the morning agreed upon. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They did not leave a mess. It was a long and tedious job--removing the old units and installing the new. I had confidence in them because I had used that company before and they did not let me down. (See More)

Had a 30 -year-old furnace that I decided to proactively replace before winter. Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning was recommended to us by a friend/contractor. Of the three companies that I contacted, KGAC's quote was the easiest to understand. The quote was conveniently presented on their Website which allowed for the easy selection of options. **** and his team were on time for the installation. The job was completed within the time allocated and the installation looks excellent. Tyler, wanted me to see the differences in cost and when he put together the 4 options it was less than $200 for a 16 SEER and a 96% efficient heat system! The other 3 bidders chose not to do this. My furnace recently stopped working on of course, a Saturday. After researching HVAC company's on-line I called Kirkwood HVAC hoping I could get someone to come out on Monday. I was so happy when Tyler immediately called me back and said he could be out within the hour. He arrived in about 45 minutes and had my furnace running almost immediately. Even though my furnace was super old I told him I would probably not be ready to replace it for another year but I would be happy to receive a quote from them for a new one. I received a quote the following Monday and went ahead and set up the installation for the new one. Tyler was, by far, the most professional installer from start to finish. They showed up promptly in the morning and worked efficiently throughout the day to get everything installed. Tyler had the area cleaned and picked up when they left ( more so than when they arrived)! He reviewed the installation with me and made sure any questions were answered. My AC all of the sudden wasn't getting cool. I called Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning and they sent Tyler out within the hour. He checked the unit out, identified the problem right away and had it fixed within 30 minutes. And the cost for the service call was only $129. He had to replace a cut electrical line outside. The folks at Kirkwood got my old AC up and cooling to get me through the end of a 90 degree summer then replaced it with a more efficient unit before things heated up the following summer. They did a great job. Courteous, professional, explained everything and left everything neat as a pin. I'm on their annual maintenance plan now. Good benefits.
