called Keefe's A/C Heating & Electrical because my ac was leaking and blowing hot air. Keefe's was prompt in returning my call and sent repair man Nigal who did a full diagnosis. He was honest and answered all my questions. next day Brad L. and Carlos R. came at 9am and installed a new A/C unit Brad went over everything they were installing and answered all my questions and both men were very polite and did an excellent job. Brad showed me how to work the new termostat and they hauled old unit off and left no mess from installing new unit

******************* and *********************** installed a new unit in my home today. I have been evacuated fir 9 months since hurricane Ida. They took special care to make sure everything was working correctly and explained. They cleaned up adter they were done. They used a large drop cloth and were very personable. The crew arrived on time. Brad listened to what my ideas were. He agreed that what I want to do was what was actually needed. The prepared the workspace to minimize clean-up. The worked quietly and neatly. When it was done, you really didn't know they had been there...except for the work was done! My A/C and heat no longer leaks into the attic! Although I chose another company, I was certainly impressed with *************************. He came to the house to give me an estimate. He was timely, professional, very cordial and easy to chat with. He made me smart in several areas that I was unaware of, which I greatly appreciated. We discussed every aspect of the system replacement, the system under consideration, my specific needs and desires and then he provided me with a detailed breakout of the estimates for four different options. I appreciated the level of detail in the information, the responsiveness and the give and take in generating the estimate. One final important point, ****** did not harass me or keep bringing up options to try and get me to change my mind after I disclosed my decision to him. I really appreciated that as I had done extensive research in support of my decision and I did not want to play 20 questions!!! Jeremy was very knowledgeable about whole house generators. We have ordered a generator through Jeremy and are presently and anxiously waiting for installation. Jeremy was on time and on point. He was diplomatic and respectful.
He was patient and took his time in giving me the quotation. He went with me to the installation site near my gas meter and main circuit breaker panel, and answered my questions about the installation process. Also, we were very pleased with Adam A., the field tech, who replaced the coils on our second a/c unit. We signed up for the Maintenance Contract and would like to have Adam as our regular technician.

The Kellums family highly recommend Jeremy Kinley as top sales rep. Jeremy ( Jimmy ) walked in professionally, friendly and very helpful. Answered our questions to where we understood everything. At one point, ( we all laughed) he made call, shook his phone ( as per I did ) to see if the other party will answer. From then on. He was All professional but yet all around a sales rep. No more worries about power outages during hurricanes or other bad weather. We’ve now got a standby natural gas generator. Our power was out for 10 days following Hurricane Zeta. Seeing our next-door neighbor’s generator run throughout with no problem, we chose the same thing - a Briggs & Stratton installed by Keefe’s. The generator is quieter than other brands. And the load management feature means it can be sized not for peak load but just for normal full load. That results in a less expensive generator with a smaller footprint, taking up less yard space.
Our sales rep, Jeremy Kinley, was a pleasure to work with. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the generator and in helping us determine the size we needed. He was also quick to respond when we had questions as the installation proceeded.
Rodney Baptiste was the electrician who handled the wiring and start-up testing of the generator. He was professional and personable, and he thoroughly explained what we needed to know about the generator operations.
The other Keefe’s staff who installed the gas line, ran the wiring, and set the generator in place were all equally thorough, professional, and personable.

We recently contacted Keefe’s to inquire about a home backup generator. An appointment was quickly scheduled at a convenient time for us. Jeremy Kinley came to our house to discuss this with us. He was prompt, professional, and personable. He explained our options with regard to the generator and its placement. And he answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns clearly and concisely. Once we made our decision to proceed, Jeremy arranged for Rodney Baptiste to come out the very next morning to take more detailed measurements in preparation for the installation. Like Jeremy, Rodey was prompt, professional, and personable. He reinforced the wisdom of our decision. Keefe’s will take the next steps in contacting 811 to mark the underground utilities and will obtain the necessary permits before starting the install. I’ll update this review once the installation is complete. At this point, we couldn’t be more pleased with how things have gone so far. Both brad and carlos did a great installation of a new heater system, they were very efficient and the job took much less time than expected. Brad was very professional explaining all the paperwork as well. and special thanks to Destiny for arranging the work a few days ahead of schedule so my senior aunt would have heat before the weekend cold front came through.

Keefe's A/C and Heating recently installed in my home a new A/C, Heater and all new ductwork. Brad and Carlos were the technicians. They were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job and explained everything they were doing as they went along. They also gave us a "tour" of everything installed when they were finished, and explained and demonstrated to us how to use our new system. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. We had a home generator installed by Keefe's. We had 3 estimates and Keefe's was right in the middle, but the lower estimate was from an individual that was not as reputable. Keefe's made the process so easy for us. Keefe's scheduled everything and got all the required licenses. Rodney B. came out to review what needed to be done and then he came back and completed all the wiring to install our generator. Rodney worked well into the day on the day Hurricane Zeta was coming to ensure that we had our generator connected and running properly. He finished around 2:30pm. We lost electricity around 6:30pm. Thankfully, our home generator kicked on within 30 seconds and we had power. Our electricity was out for the next 48 hours, but our home generator powered our whole house the entire time with no problem. Rodney B. went above and beyond to take care of us. Keefe's was closed the day of Hurricane Zeta to allow everyone to prepare for the storm. Rodney B. still came out to make make sure our generator was running properly before for the storm. I was having trouble with my 30 yr old AC ductwork that needed replacing in a very tight attic. I got 3 estimates and found Nelson ******** estimate to be very concise. He listed everything that I needed and when he came to my house he spent a lot of time explaining exactly what and why I needed certain items that would make my ac more efficient. 47 years in the business definitely showed in his knowledge and professionalism of AC issues. I’m so glad I decided on Keefes. The two gentlemen they sent Kevin ********* and Shane ******* worked for two days in a very tight space and extreme heat. Matt McDonald repaired our A/C unit in about 3 hours, replaced a capacitor and motor, he had the parts on his truck and also helped me by cleaning the outside unit, replacing the internal air filter. Pricing was spot on! I took out their monthly maintenance plan also. I was impressed with his mechanical knowledge and professional attitude. Great company with the latest technology. The whole Keefe's team was very quick to respond to requests for a new HVAC quote. Jeremy provided more info than we had gotten from any other company and helped us see some things our home inspectors missed.
