We recently purchased a Gas Log set for our fire place from J.R. ****** and couldn't be happier. We definitely made the right decision choosing them and specifically Angel, our installation tech for our new gas log set. Angel was very professional from the time he arrived to the time he left. He ran a new gas line from our gas meter and to the fire place that was installed like a professional. Everything he installed was done very well, He also made sure to use drop cloths everywhere in the house he needed to go and cleaned up when he left. All in all a great experience. Angel H the installer from Bolton Services (Fireplace) came to my home today and installed our brand new gas fireplace logs and did the whole set-up including painting the inside of the stone walls, Angel made it so beautiful, Angel walked through step by step in every move he was making and at the end made sure I understood how the remote operates. I had an issue with a water heater that was recently purchased. JR Bolton sent out a technician (Angel) and had him knock out the job in under two hours. Prompt, professional, courteous. The new HVAC was installed at the scheduled date and in good time. The three technicians were easy to work with and left things in good order. Angel and Dakota did a wonderful job putting 2 much needed return air ducts in my family room. They sealed a hole in the crawl space. They also vented the master bath fan to the outside, as previously it had been venting into the attic. Furthermore, they replaced a new thermal expansion valve on the tankless water heater, as the previous one was leaking. They were thorough, informative, and professional. Angel came out to install a new gas meter and 2 regulators for my new pool/heater. He was awesome. Very polite! and was very informative about what he needed to do. I ran over 140 ft of pipe that he connected to. He checked over my work and pressure tested everything to make sure it was right.
