Our business with honest air started with an internet inquiry on their website. We were contacted by Gene who recommended having our initial unit evaluated. Daniel, the technician, came out to so the service call and provided us the status of the unit. We decided to replace so we met with Gene who is a wealth of knowledge and chose the system that was best for us. Installation took longer than expected, but the technicians were professional and ensured we had air prior to leaving. It required a follow up visit but all conditions were honored. The unit once tweaked met or exceeded our expectations. Our overall experience could not have been better and we look forward to maintaining our unit with Honest Air! Honest Air Inc., is really a great company. They installed our new air conditioner and have been servicing it ever since. Chris, our technician is honest, polite and knowledgeable. We feel very comfortable knowing he is taking care of our air conditioner. The people in the office always answer our questions and help us when needed. Friends directed me to Honest air. They are proficient in all aspects from office staff to technicians. Gene who came to give me estimate on new unit was courteous followed Covid protocol. He was very knowledgeable and explained systems so it was understandable. Didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Helpful in trying to get new system in as soon as possible. Honest Air has never once disappointed me. Last week on the hottest day of the year so far, my air went out. They made sure I was taken care of even though they were already full for the day. Johnathan , an amazing tech came and made sure before he left everything was in proper order. This was even though it was getting late. He skipped nothing. Amazing experience. My AC gave out on a Wed night hours after honest air was closed. Gene drove all the way to my house regardless of time to assess the situation. He kept me and my wife calm, and assured us everything was going to be fine because I was sick to my stomach about such an expensive fix on such short notice. He went through a bunch of finance options and how each term would fit me best. We came to an agreement I was extremely happy with, with no money out of pocket, and was installed and running Friday morning. Technician Gary R. did an excellent job diagnosing the damage I caused to our A/C unit today.He is very professional and ,in this case,understanding.I was replacing screws on the A/C housing with stainless steel screws.My replacement screw was too long and the screw punctured the condensor coil refrigerant tubing.The end result will be expensive.My fault!!! These guys went above and beyond- my A/C system failed on a Tuesday, by Wednesday morning all permits were in place and the new equipment and installation crew arrived by 8:00 AM. We had a very positive experience with Honest Air. Our system is 18 years old and I expected to be told about all kinds of things that needed to be fixed especially since we were using a coupon to get a check-up for a very low price. Instead, Gary R., the technician, said it was working fine. He acknowledged the age of our unit and said keep using it as long as we can. From making the appointment with Rachel, and the day of appointment follow up calls from Amber, then the prompt arrival of Gary, the technician, I was very impressed AGAIN! I've had my HVAC serviced before by Honest Air, and they always are so courteous, professional, and the techs all know their business without fault. That's says alot for this company. While this Covid-19 pandemic has been in effect, they still provided me with prompt, professional service, and Gary was diligent in respecting my home, and my health, utilizing appropriate PPE, as I wore myself, as well.
