Holbrook has historically been excellent. However, now that they have begun charging EIGHT DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!! for a 99 cent furnace filter (yes, seriously) in addition to their $139 maintenance fee, I will go elsewhere in the future.

Worker was on time and pleasant. Got the job done and explained what she did. I find it very important for service people to be where they say they will be, when they say they’re going to be there. Holbrook told me the worker would be there between 9 and 10 AM and she was there right at 9 AM. (See More)

Trina was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She went right to work and worked neatly and cleanly, which I really appreciate. My only problem is with her company vehicle - tires that were "illegal" as they wouldn't stop someone from hydroplaning and the left front tire had cords showing! We were really worried that she would make it back to home base with that vehicle - not safe for her OR other drivers on the road. Please take care of that vehicle and don't let another worker take it out until new tires are put on! (See More)
