Dave P, called me to tell me he was coming. There was a text with his photo and he came in uniform. These elements are important to me for security.
He was polite and kind. Poor Dave had to deal with some gross insects in my crawl space where my furnace is located. We had a few nervous laughs.
I am a new homeowner so I asked Dave to explain to me what he did and how I can keep my furnace in good condition. He kindly obliged me.
He let me know some additional logistics and was on his way.

I called Holbrook to check over my high-efficiency gas furnace in my recently purchased 14-year-old home. David arrived on time and had no problem with me watching him open the furnace up and do his work. He was courteous, explained everything he was doing and gave me a good run-down on the current state of the unit.
