John was very professional, helpful and very, very patient with an elderly man with health issues and a language barriers. Took extra time to explain things so the owner could understand the options available and worked up a reasonable plan for replacing the HVAC system. John arrived on time for our appointment as scheduled the previous week with Holbrook
Heating.John explained the efficiency of the Mitsubishi air conditioning cooling system
to us vs central air.We were so impressed with his experience and knowledge of heating
and cooling systems that we deceided to go with the Mitsubishi Air conditioning system.
There was absolutely no pressure from John during and after his presentation.John provided
the facts we needed to make our decision.
We are not only a Home Depot consumer,we are a stock holder as well.We have always had a
