I had a great experience with Mike. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. However, I have a continuing problem with this ****** boiler that was sold to me by **** ***** through your company, Holbrook Heating. I seem to keep celebrating my anniversary (4 years) relative to the purchase of this boiler. Every winter these past 4 years there has been a problem. This week-2 problems: the air flow went (fixed by someone else) and today the circulating pump went. Each time your company repairs it, it costs me up to $400 a pop. Your field tech's are great but what was a $5500-$6000 boiler is becoming much more expensive with every repair. PLEASE CALL ****** AND/OR **** ***** AND CONVINCE THEM THAT THIS ITEM IS A LEMON AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED (I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO)!!! (See More)

My technician Mike was outstanding. He took the time to diagnose my system and provided me with a very clear and honest assessment of what the issues were.
