This was my third service within 6 weeks for the same problem. The cost for the first trip was $360.00. The second call that was 11 days after their 30 day warranty expired, cost $593.40. Now, 3 days later I was charged $79.11 to repair the work the first 2 technicians performed. I have been a loyal Holbrook customer for over 30 years. I would expect they would honor their warranty for work done by their trained technicians. It is sad that as companies grow they forget about their long term customers. (See More)

Holbrook is our go-to place for air conditioning service. They are always reasonably priced and honest in their dealings. The service tech comes on time. This visit was from Dustin. He was polite and friendly and he knew his job well. We recommend Holbrook - and Dustin - sincerely. (See More)

We had an issue that we discovered on a Sunday evening. After calling Holbrook Heating, Dustin was at our door the next morning a little after 10. He discovered a simple fix, but asked if we wanted him to check out the air conditioning and furnace while he was there, thus saving us the cost of a maintenance call. He spent time checking everything out and discovered a bad part, replaced it, and all is well. Dustin was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. (See More)

From the initial phone call to the Technician who resolved my AC problem was seamless. I called Holbrook Heating and AC service since they were the Company that installed my heating/AC unit, and my AC wasn’t cooling. The woman who answered the phone was friendly and very accommodating. She had someone to come out at 1:00. The knight in shining armor came to my rescue. Lol . Dustin was the technician. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired the air condition in under 30 minutes. I was so pleased with the whole experience and the cost was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend this company. (See More)

Dustin did a great job pinpointing the problem. In no time at all he exchanged the faulty zone valve for a new one. Overall Dustin did a great job. It would have been nice if the office would have notified me of the 1 hour delay from the original 12:00pm to 2:00pm window. (See More)
