Michael was attentive and informative about the problems with the furnace and what he thought had to be done. While he didn't replace the part that needed replacing at this time - we are considering replacing the furnace instead of repairing it - he did make some small adjustment so the loud grating noise has stopped, at least temporarily. Our AC stopped working on this hot afternoon but a call to the answering service brought a quick call back from the dispatcher and within two hours the tech was here and had the problem fixed in 15 minutes. A capacitor that had tested OK five days earlier at our annual maintenance call had failed. The tech got a new one from his truck, put it in and we were back in service. It is why we've relied on Holbrook for 17 years! (See More)

He showed up on a 90 degree day,because my air cond. was not working. he found the problem went and got the part that needed to be replaced, fixed it and the cond. started working.
