Cole and Owen showed up at my house on 1/6/20 to install a new boiler and the were nothing but professional. They kept us informed and what they were doing and finished when they said they were going to. They answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job. This was not an easy install for they had to bring the boiler to the back yard and under a deck to get to the basement. Great job by these two young men! (See More)

I had my AC installed 7/11/18 and I have to say that both technicians were not only experienced, but courteous ,answered any and all questions I asked. The whole experience was vey nice. I've dealt with Holbrook for about 25 years and have no complaints. From the office women to the techs that come to my house. I would happily recommend the company. I hope I have as good a running machine as I've had with my furnace, which they installed. (See More)

We had a new ****** Furnace and a ******** white water tank installed on 5/24/2018. Holbrook was able to install on the day I requested to make it easier on me on my day off. The installation representatives Owen and Jamey did an excellent job even with difficulties of drilling 3 holes out the side of my 1860's house with very thick beams.
