Keith is a top notch technician .... Professional, experienced and personable. Great visit. Also, I want to acknowledge Whitney, the best customer service I've ever dealt with. It's been a difficult year for our family and our project was involved, requiring a number of visits to complete. The family situations caused a number of scheduling problems, and Whitney helped us thru all of them. Her knowledge and ability to come up with solutions is amazing.
