Cole and Owen showed up at my house on 1/6/20 to install a new boiler and the were nothing but professional. They kept us informed and what they were doing and finished when they said they were going to. They answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job. This was not an easy install for they had to bring the boiler to the back yard and under a deck to get to the basement. Great job by these two young men! (See More)

The guys who serviced us were very nice. They did a good job and cleaned up after they were done. They worked well together and seemed to enjoy what they were doing, even when they worked overtime to get the job done. I highly recommend Holbrook for your next job. (See More)

Cole was here this a.m. to install a new furnace. Holbrook installed our second furnace 13 years ago. This was our third .. Cole was a delight to have in our home, and treated our very light beige, newly installed, wall to wall carpeting with the utmost respect by removing his work shoes every time he came in and went out to his truck. We have a Stringer home in *******'s Village, and our basement is quite unique. To get to it you have to go into our second bedroom, open the closet door, and lift a portion of the floor up, and go down several steps to a basement with a very low ceiling. It was a very hot day, and Cole was down there for several hours. This was no easy job, but he always had a smile, and did an excellent job for us. We hated to see him leave, and if he was happy to be finished, he never let on. Holbrook is extremely blessed to have such a conscience, good natured gentleman, working for them. (See More)

We had regular service on our furnace last week which revealed a major issue with an 18 year-old furnace. The recommendation was to replace the unit (The most cost effective path). Within 2 days we had an estimate and were scheduled for the replacement work. Cole worked efficiently, cleaned up after the service, and made several checks to make sure that all zones were operating correctly before he walked out the door. (See More)
