Scott was very good at servicing our gas fired forced air furnace and air filter. He was also knowledgeable and informative regarding information on air filters and purifiers. He is personable and friendly and was kind to our kitties. (See More)

Scott and crew spent a lot of time getting the right system to replace my 50 year old boiler in my 130 year old home. The installers worked diligently the entire time they were here. From start to end of a new furnace install in my 130 year old house, every Holbrook staff was professional, courteous, and helpful. The estimate and install was on target. Workers were timely and helpful. They all listened and responded to any question I had before, during and after the install. I had to change the configuration of heat in the kitchen, and a new contract was immediately drawn up, with a reduction in my bill that immediately went on my account. My house is warmer, quieter and temp consistent from room to room. I highly recommend Holbrook for any heating needs. (See More)

Everything was excellent. It was first time we'd used Holbrook, recommended by the agent who sold us this house. He called ahead to say slightly behind schedule, and came during the 2 hr frame we'd been given when we booked the call with Holbrook's. Scott listened carefully to our problems with the A/C and had several well explained adjustments to suggest, not just to reduce the noise but also to run the system more efficiently, and did some. Gave time for extra questions. He suggested doing seasonal cleaning now, and postponing work on the ducts to two too warm rooms. He will initiate a call from the office. We have had Holbrook Heating for over 10 years for installion of a furnace, high efficiency hot water tank and maintenance on these items as well as our central A/C unit. Scott was out most recent technician. He was very respectful, knowledgeable and informative. A real pro.
