Holbrook heating installed a ********** split fin AC/heating unit at our 100 year old camp. We have had excellent communication and coordination with the staff at Holbrook. Beginning with our Salesman Jeff M to find the perfect solution that accommodates our site conditions. Shannon K coordinated our building permit application and inspections, and provided details on the unit specs and kept us informed during the entire process. Our installers Dan and Dante worked with us to situate the inverters and the condenser unit to our satisfaction, and answered all our questions on how the units function. The whole team works very well together to come up with solutions even in antiquated settings. They arrived on time and cleaned up their work areas. I highly recommend them for a job well done. We have been working with Holbrook heating for for at least 6 years now. Every one of their staff has been professional and up front with us. This time we had our first issue with our furnace which we had them re-pipe to improve efficiency. It is the first issue we've encountered since installing the system. Dan, who came to complete the repair, was on time if not early. Came in and examined the issue before making any judgement. He then proceeded to explain in layman's terms what was going on and determined the costs of best case and worst case scenarios. He finished fixing the problem in what I felt was record time and we ended up facing only the best case scenario. Even when I asked him to perform the further repair he checked in with the office and several minds working together determined that we did not need to do anything further. They gave us the standard 30 day guarantee and said if anything happens they would take care of it accordingly. It's so nice to do business with a local company that provides outstanding customer service. Lately I find it so frustrating doing business with companies that don't treat customers the way they should be treated. It's appreciated to get the reminder call from Stacy the day before Dan arrives and then again the day of the service. She has such a pleasant way about her that comes through the phone line. It was also nice seeing Dan again. He is very polite and professional and I can tell how much he enjoys his job and working with his customers. I told him that stink bugs drive me crazy getting into the house through the HVAC and he gave me a great tip that I will use. I will definitely recommend Holbrook Heating to my friends and family. It was a pleasure to have Dan do the necessary work today to get my A/C back up and running at peak performance. The first thing he did was introduce himself with a smile and ask if I would like him to remove his shoes, I appreciate that. He spoke of how much he enjoys working for Holbrook. That really showed in his work. He quickly found what was causing the leaking on my basement floor. He explained the advantages and benefits of buying a new condensation pump but let me know I could keep the current one hooked up but it could go down at any time, I bought the new unit which he quickly installed. He took the time to show me how it worked so I wouldn't have any questions after he left. Dan also sold me on the benefit of annual maintenance on both my Lennox furnace and A/C units. As soon as he left I immediately called his inside partner Stacy, who he spoke very highly of and scheduled him to come back again this year before the snow flies and do just that. It's nice to do business with people like Dan and Stacy that provide exceptional customer service which is so hard to find nowadays. We had our yearly maintenance appointment today for our Mitsubishi air conditioning unit. The service tech arrived as scheduled, identified himself and was very courteous and an expert in the service of our A/C. He was very attentive and answered any question I had regarding the cleaning or servicing that he was performing. Holbrook Heating came to our rescue! Our furnace's inducer motor blew out late on Thursday night and we had a competitor come to service it mid-day Friday. The competitor told us they couldn't get the part until Monday or maybe Tuesday, and seemed to care less that we'd be without heat for several days...all while the tech behaved rather disrespectfully, even kicking our furnace with his boot at one point! Never having worked with Holbrook before, I took a chance and called their office to see if they had the part we were told we needed. The dispatcher took down our model details, and a few minutes later called me right back with a yes! A couple of hours later, and their techs had us back up and running. Our assigned techs, Dan Corrice and Mike Lindley, were both knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, and treated us and our home with the utmost of respect. What a difference working with Holbrook! Not only did they help us out in a bind, but the little things made a big impact, like calling when on their way, taking off their shoes at the door, and an attitude of helpfulness and compassion. They've earned a new customer, and we'll soon be having them back to prep our A/C for the summer season. (See More)

Daniel was a little late arriving, but I assume he spent some extra time that was required to assist his previous appointment customer.
Daniel got right to work, realized he had much to do (the furnace was old and had not been serviced recently by the previous home owner), and still managed to finish on time and on budget for the call.
He got the furnace operating properly again, and he detailed what needs or mid-term problems must, in time, be addressed.
At my request, he prepared an estimate to convert to a high efficiency natural gas furnace from our ancient fuel oil-burner.
Daniel's got a pleasant, hard-working, get the job done while satisfying the customer attitude. He helped us and educated us on our furnace greatly. (See More)

Dan C. was the technician who came to the house to provide annual service maintenance to our furnace, A/C unit and on demand hot water heater. While he was working on the furnace he discovered that there was a crack in the inducer motor unit that was leaking water. He explained all of my options and found a replacement part in town. He went and purchased the part and replaced the unit. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and I will continue to use them for my annual maintenance. (See More)
