My serviceman was Phil and He did an excellent job performing my annual maintenance check. He was courteous, expert, informative and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of my central a/c system which had been previously installed by Holbrook Heating Inc. I will be requesting his services again for any future needs pertaining to this system. Give this man a raise!!!!! (See More)

Joe was terrific! Turns out that I wasn't reading the fuel indicator right. I have a lot of oil. Joe gave me a detailed tutorial on how that all works. And he told me that what I thought was leaking oil is residue from fueling, almost every tank has it. It isn't a concern. Joe also added to my emergency repair to a nearby broken window.
It was worth the $225 charge just to find out that we are in good shape. Joe did not for one second make me feel stupid! (See More)

On the coldest night of the year we came home to no heat. Kyle Valetta was able to get our furnace going later that night by replacing a broken coupler. He was professional, and very knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a new circulator pump and Joe Becker installed it for us today. He had it done in no time. He also conducted himself in a very professional manor. I have been using Joe B. from Holbrook for about 5 years except for one I use a local. I must say Joe has always been a five star technician when servicing my home furnaces. I have two systems and I will always have Joe do my work. I have watched him perform compared to the local guy and I must say there is no comparison as far as quality of work. Joe will get down into the weeks of service and not just look and say all is fine. Joe will dismantle and clean and check out all required components of the system. I have physical watched him perform. I will always use Joe as long as he is available. I would also love to have him on the job if I ever had a new system put in. Although he is very busy helping out people and taking care of house calls. Thanks again for letting Joe come to my rescue in heating service. God Bless Joe. (See More)

I was almost set to spend over $5k for a new furnace because my current (and over 25 year history with) HVAC company stated I needed a new blower motor with module that would cost almost $2k. I called Holbrook and they quoted me $726 for both and when the technician came over I only needed the module, which was less than $500. (See More)

Paul B came to our house to diagnose a boiler problem and lack of heat in some heating zones. He assessed the boiler's problem and coached us on how to use hairdryers to warm heating pipe locations that he suspected were frozen. Just moved into Manlius, NY and had a furnace issue (no heat). Issue first appeared in September, called Holbrook and they sent someone right over to repair the issue. Unfortunately, the part installed was not the right one, so the issue returned just this week (Dec 2). They sent another repair tech (Joey B) on Sunday. Joe was awesome ! Not only recognized the incorrect part (wrong voltage ignitor switch), but then proceeded to inspect and clean the entire unit. Holbrook then realized that this follow up visit was the result of the incorrect part (from the previous service) and waved the entire service charge! Every time I call them - I always receive great, courteous professional customer service. Really impressed by this company. Outstanding !!! (See More)
