We truly enjoy our POMP and do you know why? I called the office at 9:45 am and scheduled my annual furnace tune-up. Service tech arrived at 10:30. He found the burners were warped and replaced them. Deven was training Jerry M. Both very professional and knowledgeable. Issue with A/C was under warranty but they offered a safety check and found all the coils filled with dirt. They cleaned them out and now the air is running great. Deven M. 08/05/22 |

Yesterday (7/14/22) I called early to make an appointment for the second half of my "Peace of Mind" check-up for the air conditioning PLUS I started having issues with it the night before. Suzie said, "sure I can have someone out there between 1pm-6pm". 6pm came rolling around - no call no show. So, I called at 6pm sharp and the lady taking the call said she'd get the information to a technician. Not 5 minutes later I talked to Garry who I explained the situation. He gave me a choice to call back tomorrow (today 7/15), or he could come out now and take a look. He was kind/caring/compassionate to our needs although it was quite obvious he was "done" with his day and didn't want to come out. With warm weather coming and calling back 7/15 seemed like a possible another delay, I asked him to come. He did not hesitate to help us. I called for a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. Within 3 weeks of my phone call it was installed. Matt and John were at my house bright and early. They made sure to use tarps on my carpet to protect it from any damage. They were polite and courteous and extremely professional. The entire job was completed in less than five hours! Matt took time to show my husband and I how everything worked, what to do to troubleshoot should there be a problem and everything was cleaned up like they were never here. I highly recommend. Hasan did the spring maintenance and check of my furnace, air conditioning and water heater, as well as replacement of a worn out condenser pump on the air conditioner. He also advised me on a course of action for a minor gas leak and set up a time for the repair.

Hasan came out today and did the annual check up on the furnace. He was very thorough and reviewed the test parameters with me when he was done checking the temp. rise, CO measurement, etc. Hodgson techs always do a good job and I recommend the company to anyone that wants honest, dependable service. I absolutely recommend Hodgson’s for your furnace repair. I called them when my furnace wouldn’t turn on. They were able to get a technician out to look at and fix my furnace within a few hours. Hasan did an excellent job explaining what he was doing, why he was doing it and went over the troubleshooting steps with me so i could check for the simple fixes before calling them again. My furnace luckily only needed a reconnecting of wires, and that was a quick fix. The whole visit took less than an hour and that includes the Saftey check that I added on because it hadn't been done before. Hasan let me know with the older furnace i had (22 years!) what to look out for when it starts failing and recommended i start saving now for a replacement because furnaces have a limited life before they start failing. This guy deserves a pay raise! No pushy sales just straight facts to keep me informed. Service is fairly priced and its not a “by the hour” type either.
