Had Griffen and Riley install a new AC unit at our house. Received a text with information on the morning of install with Tech's name, picture, and other contact information. Griffen introduced him and Riley and got straight to work. Kept me updated with progress and if they needed to grab any additional materials. Very pleased with service from HJ Faust! Chris P. installed a new central A/C unit. He was very professional and I received a reminder text the day before the install, and another text the morning of, letting me know who would be coming and at what time. They have very professional employees. Lori was able to come to our home quickly to give us a quote for a new A/C. We were able to get an install appointment a week later, which is sooner than what we were expecting. Will and Colin removed our old unit and installed our new A/C. They were all friendly, professional and informative. We have also had Jake at our home to service our furnace and he has the same characteristics of the ones I already listed. Wonderful service! Our 28 year old furnace went out in the middle of the night Thursday, they were out here mid-day Friday and determined that the cost to see if it could be fixed (hey, 28 years old, remember) would likely be prohibitive, had an advisor out a half hour later, and a new furnace in the the next day.
Jake as the original tech, Lori as the advisor, and Roman and Riley as the install team were all everything we could hope for!
On time, professional, took care to explain all options and ensure we were comfortable with our choices. We WILL be calling to replace the 28 year old AC unit this spring! (Don't blame us: we just moved here, and these came with the house!)
March 2022 - well, they were so great the first time, we had them back again to replace our a/c and add a whole house humidifier. "Peace of mind" achieved (finally) with my recent home heating and cooling upgrades! Jeremy P. was that technician that alerted me to a long-range plan for this. Eric G. as the Comfort Advisor, was in my home multiple times assessing its size, age and more. Plus, he prepared me for expected annual opportunities with Lennox regarding special pricing. And Chris P. (lead installer) and Griffin B. removed the old units and replaced the new in one day. They were polite, courteous and very patient with my questions.
What was reassuring for me as a homeowner is that I was receiving the same message from all four people in a way that was understandable, logical and multi-optional. After deciding to replace a 33 year old system, I called this company for an estimate because of its good reputation. They did not disappoint. From Eric who explained everything to me of the choices I had (very friendly, helpful and professional) to the two gentlemen (Jared and Griffin) who installed the system. They came when promised and completed the job in the time they estimated it would take. They were covid compliant and covered their shoes every time they had to go in and out. When the furnace didn’t heat the first night they came back the next morning and found it to be my electrical problem with a circuit breaker and fixed that also. I had today installed a furnace and an AC. Jared and Griffin were extremely professional, had face mask and shoe covers and they did a very good job. Molly nominated us for program called Feel The Love and we won! Which means we won a new furnace. So we met with Lorie a couple times and on Saturday Oct. 16th H.J. Faust came and installed a new furnace.Everyone that help volunteered their time and labor. What a day thanks to Molly, Lorie, Riley, Roman, Will, Chris, and the whole Faust crew we have a new furnace. Thank you Lennox for making such programs available.

Cant say enough good about our experience with HJ Faust! We were in need of a new a/c unit in the middle of summer. We were having mixed feelings about the company we were dealing with at the time and decided to call Faust after reading some very good reviews. Right from the start we were treated like we were their best customer! ************ was so responsive and thorough in helping us decide which unit to get AND although units were hard to come by he managed to get us one pretty quick. ************** was our lead technician and was knowledgeable and proficient in removing the old and installing the new. He was respectful of our home and invited any questions or concerns we had. We felt very confident in his work. He was punctual and seemed to take pride in his work! We recently had a new a/c and furnace installed by HJ Faust. From start to finish they were the best! We were new customers and were treated like we’ve been doing business with them forever!
Eric was so professional and informative in showing us what our options were. He was great in communicating and updating us on the status of the work to be done.

Right from the start, Eric, the sales representative, explained what my home needs, the different levels of functionality of the AC unit and provided great payment options. His explanation of the different units gave me a better understanding of what I needed for my home which allowed me to make a better decision.
The install team consisted of Will and Colin. They were on time, they were professional and knowledgeable about every aspect needed to install the unit. After the install they walked me through everything they did and how to maintain the unit every year. Their calm and friendly demeanor allowed me to understand and retain the information they were providing.
I would recommend H.J. Faust, Inc. to anybody because of their specific knowledge, professional yet friendly attitude towards me and the timely manner in which they installed my AC unit.

Jared and Colin did an absolutely terrific job installing our new AC unit. They arrived on time, wore masks throughout (much appreciated!) wore shoe coverings inside the house and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. After the job was done, in less time than expected, Jared took me over the system inside and out to make sure I understood what had been done. They filled out the forms for the inspection and indicated the number listed to call. Then they toted away the old unit so we didn’t have to deal with that. I can’t say enough about the H.J. Faust company. We have dealt with them for over ten years and they are absolutely trustworthy. In an emergency situation, which we have had, they work very hard to get us back up and running quickly. Great service. Our old furnace was 20 years old and broke down in middle of winter. Our house was only 50 degrees for a week. Lori and Jeremy came out to inspect it and recommended replacing it as it was unsafe to use. Jared and Riley installed a new furnace, which works impeccably well. Faust was a great company to work with. The furnace in our home needed to be replaced in early Feb of 2021 in South Eastern Wisc (Coldest weather of the year). Eric & Jeff were able to come in and inspect/quote a new furnace for us within 2 hours of calling. Chris & Will came in the next morning and had our furnace replaced and running before noon! Jake has been servicing my furnace & AC for years. I wouldn't want to call anyone else. Eric & Chris&Will came into play when the blower motor on my 32-year-old furnace began to show signs of failure. I had a new HVAC system installed very quickly, on the predicted timeline, with good clean-up. The town inspector took all of 2 minutes to approve the job. We have been using HJ Faust for 8 years now.
We needed a new furnace with WiFi, then an AC System and lastly a new Humidifier. The prices are fair, the equipment matches our needs and requirements. The service guys are neat, clean and on time too. We purchased their maintenance program which saves money and keeps the equipment running like new. We purchased extended warranty as well.
