Goettl's High Desert Mechanical and Hank Goettl especially have been great. Our Furnace went out estimate on Monday Hank as always was friendly and professional. Thursday the work crew showed up at 8 am and by 1030 had installed the furnace trained us on the thermostat and how to program it. Cleaned and restored the area back to how it was. They both were professional, courteous and friendless. Great Job.

Hank was amazing. He did a great job of checking out my two garages that I am thinking of putting heaters in. He discussed different types and their pros and cons. He is a very pleasent young man and a joy to be around. I am very pleased to have had the honor to get to know him. I am a general contractor and have worked with many people over the years. They are free professional period come on time give good call backs and very good explanations of what is going on with your heating or air conditioning unit. If you need help they teach you how to use your crazy thermostat. (See More)

Have had Goetttl's handling our Heating and Cooling systems since moving into our home in 2012. Their yearly maintenance contract has worked well. They installed a Honeywell Humidifier in 2013. This year the entire system had to be replaced under warranty, however, we had to pay for installation costs. Just had another part on the system break and had to be replaced at no cost. I gave a 5 star for technician Monty Benites but a 3 for the company for selling what I consider a poor humidifier system. (See More)

Ulysses was one of three workers of the Goettl HVAC install team. He arrived on time was extremely friendly, and competent in the work he did installing our system. With Lorenzo and Marvin the other two members of the Goettl installation team they worked together like a well-oiled machine. Ulysses took the time to go over the various functions of our WiFi enabled Thermostat until we were familiar with how each function worked.They are a credit to the Goettl name. (See More)

Ulysses l is one of your valued employees. Our heating sysytem was thoroughly reviewed and explained to we novices. Not only does he have a super personality, he is quiet while working, very attentive and keeps the area very clean. I cant tell you how much I appreciate what your crew and your company have done for me! Two separate technicians were sent to my house to determine my heating/cooling problem and after consulting with them, your company designed a system that would work best with my difficult floor plan. And then, in one of the hottest weeks so far, your guys went to work removing the existing duct work in my attic which was in serious disrepair. Then they installed and sealed the new duct work along with a new furnace and air conditioner. And on top of all this, they had to open a ceiling soffit, install new registers, grilles, and thermostats. The list goes on but the work was completed in 4 days and performed with total professionalism.But what I really appreciate was the way your company explained the process to me, gave me options, and when the job was complete you checked multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the results. I am completely happy with my now comfortable environment and I truly can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results.
