He came out again and found the problem and ordered the part needed. When the part came in he came out and installed the new part. Needed a A/C fix last summer and Goettl's responded very quickly and fixed the problem. I talked with the teck and he informed me of a service contract offered by Goettl's . I signed with the Company for 12 months service on both heating and cooling checkups. So far the service has been prompt and with that in mind we added another contract for a different property. We've used Goettl's for over three decades for our HVAC service needs because of their excellent service, and our recent experience was no exception! Our AC went out over a weekend. I called on a Monday and was quickly scheduled for the next morning. Adrian was running a bit later for his estimated time of arrival, so Monty gave me a courtesy call to let me know. Adrian was friendly, very knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave me an explanation and cost of the repairs required and then had us up and running in 20 minutes! I've had two very positive experiences with Goettl's. I'm new to the Verde Valley and needed someone to check out my heating and A/C unit for a nine year old home we bought. Goettl's had been recommended to me by someone I trusted and they were everything I was told they would be...very professional, thorough, and personable. They gave my unit a very detailed check, recommended repairs that needed to be done, and carried out those repairs. As a part of that service, the technicians told me about a service Goettl's offered to check our duct work. I called and got an appointment and Dustin Goettl came out and performed the check within a few days and made recommendations. We chose to get our two systems Aerosealed because we learned that we were losing air through the duct work. We were very happy with the result...much better flow of air and, while we have no historical electrical bills on the house to check, we assume our ventilation systems are now much more efficient. I would highly recommend this company...I will continue to use them for any future heating or air conditioning needs. (See More)

They went well beyond what was expected by giving us suggestions on how to re-build our return air chase, adding more registers to reduce pressure and helping me balance our air flow. They were very honest and knowledgeable about the Aeroseal process. We had a dramatic increase in airflow both upstairs and down stairs. Now our home is the same temperature throughout the house. I strongly recommend them to anyone considering the Aeroseal treatment to seal their duct work. We will definitely use them again in the future. (See More)
