GenPro installed a whole house generator at our house in early November, 2021. From start to finish, i.e., from the initial quote to the installation, everyone at GenPro was an absolute pleasure to work with. My calls and emails were responded to promptly and all questions were thoroughly answered. GenPro handled everything including permits and scheduling inspections to make it a stress free process. On top of it all the installation was completed as scheduled & on-time and everything works perfectly. The crew left everything as clean as when they arrived and if it wasn't for the generator sitting outside the house, you would not have known they had been here. We received estimates from a few different companies when looking to have a generator installed and finally decided to go with GenPro. Everyone we dealt with, from the initial consultation through completion of the installation was knowledgeable and responsive.
We were kept informed of everything the techs were doing on the day of installation so that we understood exactly why things were done a certain way. Every question we had was answered thoroughly. They even spent time with us to make sure we understood how to use the smartphone app which enables us to check the status of the generator.

Had my Generac 22kW installed yesterday by GenPro Power Systems. Had a great experience with them from my initial visit with Jay in Dec 2020. Jay came and told us exactly what we needed and the total cost it would be. We were told it would take @ 6-7 months to get the generator once ordered. Our Generac was installed yesterday by Don S. his son and another great guy. They kept me informed all day of what was happening. They were here in 100 temperatures. Everyone with GenPro is very knowledgeable, curtious and friendly. I want to thank the girls the office they are great Kelli & Melissa they also have a wealth of knowledge about what’s going on. The thing that was great was every time I called A REAL PERSON answered the phone not a machine. Great customer service when you actually speak to a person and don’t have to leave a message on a machine.
I recommend GenPro Power Systems to anyone looking to get a Generator for the whole house.

A neighbor recommended GenPro. I was pleased with the service I received from my first contact through the end of the installation. They handled all permitting, checking with the local gas company on existing gas main pressure and even set up an appointment with the gas company to install a new gas meter required to enable our generator. No one gets perfect 5/5 reviews, right? That's what I thought when we were referred to GenPro by two satisfied customers. But no one does a perfect job. Well, we met with Jay and he spent time explaining al of our choices and ideas to save cost. Jay knows his stuff. I've been around residential construction most of my life so I can tell when someone is stretching the truth. None of that with GenPro. They scheduled us three months out, and showed on the very day they promised. We were kept informed all along the way. The work crew were prompt, professional, clean, respectful, COVID-compliant, quiet and did I mention clean? Our house was spotless -- no sawdust, wires, mud -- nothing at the end of work either day. Last year, we contacted GenPro for an estimate regarding a whole house generator. Jay came out and sat down with us to explain our options and answer our questions. (Which were many) There was no pressure and the meeting was very informative. We actually did not get back to him at that time because other things had come up. A year later, I contacted them and Kelly found all our information/ estimate. Within in 3 days, we had a signed contract and a scheduled appointment to install. From there, the experience was flawless. We were kept informed, installation was completed on time, and all crew involved was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable.

The GenPro Co. did and excellent job installing my generator. The workers were very professional. When the work was finished they cleaned up the area. The owner explained how to take care of the generator and how it operates it if I needed to call for service.

We were recommended to GenPro Power Systems by two friends - one an engineer and the other a research chemist, both very knowledgeable and particular - and found this company to be outstanding. Kelli was our first point of contact and was always on top of everything! She navigated us through the complex PECO and boro permit issues and made sure that we got the generator as soon as possible. We loved that Kelli (or Melissa) answered the phone personally (no awful phone trees) and were able to answer all of our questions.
