I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of service and communication. I need my reverse osmosis system serviced and have been patiently waiting quite awhile only to be let down. I’ve been contacted each time around 8 P.M. the evening before my appointment to be told they need to reschedule a month later. Only to be told yet again a month later the night before my appointment it needs to be rescheduled again. This has happened multiple times. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the product and a pleasure to talk to. He answered all our questions and did not try to pressure us in anyway. I have been having issues with calcium (hard water) for a long time. Dustin came and tested the water and told me my options. He was professional and didn't make my wife or I feel pressured in any way. The installers were here the next day. Shaun Cannon did a very clean install and was very friendly. I had requested the water service on 1/11/22 and had a cancellation date by 1/14/22. On 1/13/22 my phone had gotten broken and had to be replaced. On 1/14/22, my first cousin passed away. On 1/17/22, I received a call from their office to see how I liked the new water system. I explained I was very dissatisfied, I was never advised they would have to drill a hole in my brand new marble countertops or through my attic to install the system and I wanted to cancel.
The rep then stated you had until the 14th to cancel, I apologized and explained my phone had gotten broken on the 13th & the death of my family member on the 14th and requested a callback from a supervisor because i wanted to cancel the service & being upset about my marble countertops & hole in attic.
I get a call back a few hours later; she’s trying to explain all the benefits, in which I told her I don’t want the system explained my phone situation and death in family, she then proceeded to tell me I had an attitude and was making excuses, that even if my phone was broke I should’ve mailed back the paperwork requesting cancellation by the 14th. I told her my focus was on my family due to the unexpected passing and she said “oh well, too bad”; we typically don’t do this but if you want to cancel it I’ll charge you $2500.00 to cancel the services because you signed the contract and your excuses aren’t acceptable for cancellation after the deadline. I had to pay $2500.00 and yet they still haven’t removed their equipment from my home.
She was very rude, unprofessional, non empathetic etc. I advised her I could provide proof of my phone issue and death, yet this woman had not one ounce of compassion.

We had a rep with EnviroTech team come out tonight to explain their RainSoft water purification. Anthony Cassell went up and beyond to explain the ends and outs so we didn't have many questions during ot after the meeting! Great job thanks Anthony C!

Dustin Sharp, the Water Technician who works for RainSoft was absolutely AMAZING!!!
We have never had someone explain everything in such detail and to actually see what is being explained at the same time. The results were mind blowing!!
Not only this, Dustin had made the whole experience more exciting and interactive, much like a really fun science experiment.
My teenage son actually got involved and was impressed!
I have never been more impressed with the presentation, thouroghness and professionalism and knowledge that Dustin has.
There is no doubt he is truly passionate about what he does and sincerly loves helping people and it most definitely shows!

The "water tester" was actually a sales person. He arrived with a very large bag, full of test equipment. After confirming the water was hard, and had particulates, he went on with a high pressure sales pitch. The sales pitch lasted at least 15 minutes. I could only get the low price right then, tomorrow it would be twice the cost. Difficult to get him to accept no as an answer. EnviroTech Team. 07/21/21 |

I recently had Dustin come test my water and give me an overview of the RainSoft system. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was never in a hurry and we had a nice visit. I decided to purchase a rainsoft system. I waited to see if the system would live up to my expectations. It does. Everything Dustin said was right on the mark. We had a whole house water filtration system installed several weeks ago and I regret that we didn't do this when we first moved to Midlothian in 2013. We have wanted one and then I decided to do my research (I can research too a fault lol) and I'm so, so grateful!! I don't have to convince anyone how bad Midlothian water is. You know lol
It tastes incredible, our hair is so soft and I no longer need conditioner in it, and legit, our littles skins is baby, baby, newborn baby soft and mine is well on it's way.
Goodbye lotion and dry skin. Goodbye water filters and bottled water. Goodbye broken, damaged and color stripped hair.

Richard was fun, kind, and courteous during his demonstration of the water filtration system. Throughout the entire time, my wife and I asked several questions - Richard didn't skip a beat. He was able to easily answer anything we came up with; the man clearly is knowledgeable in his profession.
Near the end, we didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and knew that he was thinking about us, our needs, and finances before making any decisions.
