Not an easy fix today but Leo Barajas figured out the problem by systematically checking and ruling out causes of the back-up and water leak under the kitchen sink. He is professional, knowledgeable, and capable,. not to mention willing to go a step further to ensure my complete confidence. Although it took longer than anticipated, we were not surprised by an inflated bill. This is our first experience with Dutton, and I highly recommend Leo Barajas for a job done thorough and correct. A few days ago I took this survey & raved about the professionalism & speed (which just happened to me crucial as I was heading to work). The next day however, the first flush I tried didn't go so well. I plunged & it was "OK". So, although I stand by my 5 Star rating, there was....that, that happened. NOT, I'm guessing, was Leos fault. Could be the main line is too full of roots & maybe b/c I rushed him, he didn't "snake" as far as he normally would. idk. I was very nervous about calling a plumber due to the unknown cost and character of the company. I am new to the area so I didn't know who to trust. After looking at multiple reviews, I called Dutton; there wasn't a single review I saw that was less than 4.5 stars. Scheduling an appointment was simple, their staff is helpful and their customer service exceptional. I called them at 1AM on a Saturday and they got right back to me. While the repair was more than we had planned (not from a quote received by Dutton, just estimating based on internet searches), the service provided and Leo our technician, along with the warranty can't be beat. I plan to have them come out and do a comprehensive inspection of my home. I believe they are trustworthy and that's very important to me. (See More)

We had an excellent experience with DUTTON PLUMBING. We were already previous customers, having had a hot water system put in a year ago. When we initially called them, we thought all we had was a slow toilet. Turned out, it was a major job involving a rusted, broken iron pipe underground, needing to be replaced with modern ABS piping. Our specialist FELIX made a quick diagnosis, and along with KEN they determined (with the help of some high-tech devices) where the problems were, and the major undertaking the fix would take. The next day, the work began, and by day’s end we once again had access to running water in the house. It was going to take a few more days for a required city inspection to happen, but once approved, DUTTON was there again to fill in the hole and pour in the cement (all of which had to be dug up, the broken pipe removed, and then replaced with state if the art ABS plumbing). That first night, we noticed that one of the two toilets had a slight leak. A call to their office the next morning resulted in a very quick return of a technician to tighten everything up. These guys are great with follow up! True, it was an expensive undertaking - let’s face it, the problem was many decades in the making. But KEN and FELIX explained financing options and made it all work. They gave us a 25-year warranty on their work, transferable to a new owner should the house be sold. FELIX even went so far as to throw in brand new toilets with show-fall lids! FELIX was there for us throughout the entire process, even leaving us his direct phone line once everything was done, should any questions or problems arise. We want to thank FELIX, KEN, MARTIN, J.P., EDGAR, CARLOS, and GABRIEL for all their hard work and diligence. You gentlemen were fantastic, and are excellent representatives of your company!! We had a leak in a bedroom ceiling and, after researching local plumbers, I called Dutton Plumbing. I couldn't have had a better experience. Leo B. and Danny were terrific! After assessing the problem, they determined I didn't have a pipe leak at all, but a roof leak. No fuss, no mess--in and out quickly and, best of all, no charge! I have to say, this is the second time I've used Dutton Plumbing and once again they have really stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park. First and foremost, from my initial call to the arrival of the service team, everyone involved, Tania B., Dan D., and Leo B. took the time to answer ALL of my, how should I say it, less than intelligent questions and never flinched. The team at Dutton Plumbing kept me informed by e mail and phone about the arrival time and the names of the service providers who would be performing my needed repairs.
