First of all, my company (a national chain) has a maintenance agreement with this company to come out every 3 month to perform routine maintenance on our heat & air systems. They have never entered my store, changed 1 filter, have never cleaned the coils. Basically pull up in the back parking log ( have on camera ) does nothing and leaves. As a result, we've received a partial refund check quarterly. This month we received a check as we have in the past and it was deposited along with all other monies. When the Accountant Lisa Santangelo realized her error she called my store, rude as could be, asking why we deposited the check. As I was explaining that this was nothing new and not the first time I was informed that it should have been a bill, not a check !! I'm sorry but how was I supposed to know it was a bill when it was a CHECK. Then very rudely she went on to yell at me telling me that my customer service was very poor and that maybe I need to consider "who my customer's are" and then hung up the phone in my face. Then I had to explain to her that she is not MY customer, I AM THEIRS and maybe SHE needed to reconsider how to speak to her customers !! They have provided very poor service, a very rude dispatcher, technicians that do not do their job and the RUDEST ACCOUNTANT EVER !! I have asked my corporate office if I could switch heating & air companies and have been given the ok to choose whomever I choose so you can bet.....COMFORT AIR WILL NEVER AGAIN GET ANY OF MY BUSINESS, AND I WILL TELL ANYONE THAT EVER ASKS ABOUT MY EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED. My family and I have called and messaged in regard to your employee Cody Driggers. He has harassed my family, stolen money, spouted racial slurs, fled NC to avoid the warrant for his arrest and threatened my life. After talking to your manager, Scott, it seems he does not care about the reputation of the company. If this company has no problem keeping outwardly racist, dangerous and abusive employees we will continue to spread the word until someone listens. I called today after my ac went out after an appraiser came to my house. The technician walked me through over the phone what might have happened. The appraiser had indeed flipped the switch to the unit in the attic looking for the light switch. This is the most honest group I have seen in years. I have an elderly mother that lives with me and what a blessing this company was to my family. Thank you soooooooo much! I now have you locked in my phone for the next time. Comfort Air replaced 15 year old hvac unit with state of the art heat pump/air handler and awesome touchscreen thermostat. Dropped by one day to troubleshoot and had the new unit installed by the end of the following day. The technicians, Robert & Caden, were fast, knowledgeable, personable, and did a great job. It took 1 week including a weekend for this company to get my system up and running. The original problem was a circuit board that was replaced. Then found defective, I was charged for
The time to re diagnose the problem part they installed. Techs were great but office staff Renee seemed annoyed when I called and asked questions. Not good customer service. Pam the office manager said " we want to make it right that's what we do." When I asked to pay half of the two hours for

This business has always been excellent from the moment we first started using it. Renee, and all employees we have had contact with have been professional, helpful and really care. This review is specifically for Ricky W. though... our unit stopped working yesterday when the temperature was still in the high 90's. He arrived promptly and took care of the problem. He was incredibly professional, conscientious, and 100% skilled at his profession. He also gave us some great tips to conserve energy and extend the life of our A/C unit. Jason did a great job helping us replace our old and failing HVAC system of two complete Lennox A/C, furnace, coil and thermostat units. Under a tight time frame, he managed to get us on the schedule right away. And he went above and beyond to identify and address various inefficiencies with the existing duct work. Prior to calling Comfort air, I had used another company in Savannah, but they went out of business. Comfort Air was recommended by some of my golfing partners. The representative from Comfort Air came to my house, reviewed our needs and provided us with his recommendations. After review, we chose the Lennox unit with its adaptability features. We have been very satisfied with the unit, its installation, the rebates and the savings we are noticing on our electric bill. The unit is very quiet and efficient, a primary concern we had. I am a recent widow and being told that I needed to replace my 22 year old unit did not help my already fragile emotional status.
