I had my Ac/heater installed in June, was happy, all was good at the time. In December I turned heat on, only got cold air blowing. Called COLLINS, they sent a tech, I was old it was the thermostat. After trying three thermostats, one brand new just purchases d. It still was not blowing warm air, et aso tech suggested putting one in that he had, it worked ( of course). GOD BLESS YOU I asked him & called company why I didn't get a thermostat with the unit, was told it would have been extra ( too bad I was not told at time of purchse). The bad part is that if you have a thermostat that was not purchased from them & you need service on it, it cost you because it is NOT warranted with them. All of this having them to be called out twice was nonsense and the tech did not know how any other thermostat worked so it cost me 219.00 just for the thermostat. I know three thermastats were not bad, just the tech. I called the people company but know one seemed to care about the situation. I feel all units should include a thermostat or at least the choice. Last week we placed a service call for a thermostat issue. Anthony showed up promptly and not only resolved that issue, but made sure everything was working correctly and that all of our questions were answered. Excellent service! Our system was installed new in March. Just received June power bill and was happy. Collins told us our cooling bills would drop to about 60% of what they had been. They were right! Thanks for this wonderful Lennox System. Randy/Chuck was very good in assisting us in selecting the right solution for us. His analysis of our problems and his recommendations to add a 2nd return duct has improved the even distribution of heat and made the house for more comfortable. Everyone that worked on the project was very good, at keeping me informed as to what was going on with the project at all times, they cleaned up the front drive way and they even cleaned up in the attic from what the other company left. Having left my existing HVAC company I'd been with for almost 10 years because they took me for granted and did not continue to earn my business, I was cautious coming to a new company.
Being that CCM had partnered with Costco, and I'd also received a private referral to them as well, I thought they were a fair bet to buy and install my first new heat pump.
Sales were good, even lowering the cost slightly as the credit finance company lowballed (without telling me) my initial amount request - when applying online, there is greater incident of fraud, but I was doing as the sales rep instructed.
My understanding was that on the day of the install, both the sales rep and installation mgr for CCM would be present, that was not the case, nor did I receive contact from either one.
The techs that did the install were fine, and the install itself only suffered one snag (a wire needed to be added), increasing the time needed by two hours - and left me feeling rushed as the pair were late to the next appt. and l was aware of that. The unit has worked as indicated since then, and I am ready to schedule an initial follow up soon.
(On a side note, I did have to call three times to get a person in finance to speak with - which was frustrating. I want to conduct my business via email, and not by phone.)
Overall, I will write that I'm not impressed, but I am hopeful that this bumpy start will blossom into a smooth road in the future and that I can come back here in a year's time and write that CCM changed course and delighted me with service from now on. Collins Comfort Masters Team. 02/26/19 |

The whole experience exceeded my expectations, from the person at Costco who started the process, Neil Chrisney who provided the proposal and estimate, the install crew who were outstanding in their attention to detail, and Matthew H. who performed the final quality audit. The unit is on a rent house and is working well. The tenants are especially pleased with the high end thermostat which perfectly fits their lifestyle. I recently had a complete AC/Furnace system installed by Collins Comfort Masters and it was a great experience from start to finish. The crew arrived right on time and were very polite and professional. They laid down cloth runners and cloth beneath the attic area where they were working. The crew work hard throughout the day to install the equipment and added an intake vent and additional exhaust venting to balance the AC/heat throughout the house. The crew tested the systems and educated me on the thermostat functionality. They did a nice job cleaning up and removing all debris. A separate technician came to the house a week or so later to conduct an quality audit. Although I have not had the need to run the heater or AC for any extended period of time, I was very satisfied with the installation process and the customer service I received from all the Collins Comfort Master employees to date. Travis Christensen was very informative on how the various air condiction systems worked. I believe I have an excellent system now. He patiently answered all my questions. Also Dan was very helpful in adjusting my new thernostat, which possibly will have challenges for me, with all its bells and whistles. Hector worked very hard as well. Purchased the unit through Costco. Absolutely the best value found in a lot of research. Unit is nice looking, extremely quiet, and effective. It's only been a week since it was installed so don't have much experience yet with the unit itself. I'm not at all happy that they put the unit on a pedestal with letting me know ahead of time that they were going to have to do that. It should have been a more permanent structure instead of cobbled together and covered with sheet metal with gaps at the bottom. The lead service man, while very pleasant, did not have a good grasp of the English language so was unable to really explain the thermostat or the pedestal nor why the separate split unit base was not put on level ground. From the very beginning when inquiring about an estimate to the completion of the my install the Collins Team was excellent. Kelly, Hector and everyone I dealt with was extremely professional. They were conscientious in every detail including the followup after the install was complete. Collins came highly recommended to me from a friend who happens to be a manager at one of the major builders in the State of AZ. The install team was absolutely awesome. The laid cloth down from the front door and up the stairs down the hall to the bedroom where the attic access is. We went through Costco for this A/C project. The salesman, Hector assured us that they knew how to handle 3 phase electricity. After the install, half the house wouldn't work as far as electricity. They didn't put the A/C on a separate breaker, and the c leg of the wiring, hooked up to breakers. After several attempts to fix, and blowing the surge protector on our electronics, they hooked up washer, Dryer, and microwave to a 15 amp breaker. Then sent out a different company with the wrong wire, to assist. We finally had to call our own electrician to fix. Glad the house didn't burn down! Collins Comfort Masters Team. 11/12/18 |

Have been very pleasant and helpful.
From our first service call on the three units installed by the builder to the purchase and install of three new LEnnox units were pleasant and all services were done in a timely manner and all technicians were very courteous in their explanations of what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were patient and understanding to all
Household members while explaining the setup of the new
Thermostats and the new units.
The Lennox units are much more quiet and more efficient than the previous ones.
I would highly recommend Collins Comfort Masters and
Lennox products to anyone.

After making the initial appt., Randy came out to my home and spent some time explaining in detail the “good, better & best a/c systems!” He really knew his stuff and made sure that I understood it too. I ended up going with the best system and am so happy I did. The day before the install, CCM sent out a tech to set up 2 portable a/c’s so that my animals wouldn’t overheat during the one day install! What a nice touch that they care enough to do that. The 2 men that installed the system showed up on time and worked hard as a team to get the job done. At the end of the day, after several hours of being there, they cleaned up every single thing and took ample time to show me how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I am so impressed with this company and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Never before have we experienced the level of customer service as that which we received from Collins Masters from the initial phone call to setup a consultation regarding the replacement of the A/C unit to the follow up quality control visit after installation. Very friendly and professional crew. We were so impressed with the installation crew who worked thru lunch to ensure a timely installation. It was quite hot in the attic and despite our asking them to take a break to eat, they declined and kept at it with only water breaks until the job was done. Highly recommend Collins Masters. I had two Lennox split systems installed through the Costco HVAC program. The Costco rep, DJ, got me a quick consultation appointment. The salesman, Garrett, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough in his evaluation of what I needed, and provided me with a fair and equitable price quote. The additional Costco perks really helped.
On the install day, Armando and his team arrived promptly on time, and went straight to work. They were all personable, answered all my questions, clean, and respectful of my home and surroundings. The field manager, Blaine, made an appearance to see how the install was progressing...very personable and answered more questions.
When the install was complete, wow...never had so much cold air coming out of the registers, and the systems were so quiet. A few weeks later, a final inspection tech, Travis, arrived to insure the systems were installed properly and working as they should. Again, very personable and took time to answer any remaining questions.
