I live out of state and can safely depend on CCC to handle the boiler heating systems at my Mother's home and at her rental property in the RF Valley area. Drew has been wonderful with taking care of issues and so patient and supportive dealing with my family. Roland, the Climate Control tech, came out to perform our annual service/check up. We have a radiant heat system with an aging boiler. Roland was utterly thorough, checking out the boiler, showing me what to keep an eye on, and basically educating me about our system in detail. He confirmed that each thermostat/station was working properly, that our glycol levels were more than adequate, that our system was properly pressurized with no leaks, and that our snowmelt was working correctly. This is the second time we've had Roland perform service on our heating system. He is absolutely the most professional technician we've met in the valley.
