Ethan B and Nate R came out to fix a pipe in my front yard that was filling up at the water meter. They showed up on time and got to the bottom of the problem right away. Brother's Plumbing and Electrical did plumbing service for us and we found the service excellent. The plumbers were on time, fixed our leaking kitchen sink, and replaced the drain fitting in the master bathtub. They were pleasant and professional. Brothers was called because we had them fix an air conditioning problem this last summer. Called at 9am and they were onsite by 10am fixing our leaking shower. Replaced the cartridge and the leak stopped. Both Dana and Bryce were great to talk with both being friendly and courteous and answering all my technical questions. Exceptional service. Personnel were friendly, professional, competent and courteous. We had a complete replumb from meter and not only were they the most reasonably priced out of four estimates they worked hard to avoid dry wall removal in any main living area. Very pleased with Brothers' service! Though it was at the end of the day, Carolyn, the dispatcher, could tell that I was anxious to get our busted water pipe fixed as soon as possible, and arranged a plumber to come in less than an hour. My plumber, Dale G., was efficient, informative, and super friendly! He made the repair, gave me good advice about the hot water heater, potential problems to look for, checked my house's water pressure, and even gave me helpful information about the quality of Greenville's water compared to other states (Greenville has top quality drinking water!). Considering all the damage a busted pipe could do gushing water into our crawlspace, I thought the repair price was reasonable--and such a friendly crew. Shortly after returning home from out-of-town the other night, we found we had a leak under the kitchen sink. Didn't know how long it'd been leaking, but after shutting the water off, we phoned Brothers. Carolyn was our contact person; she was very pleasant and got back to us within minutes to let us know when we could expect Mark, the on-call plumber. Thanks for the great communication, Carolyn! Mark arrived shortly thereafter, analyzed the leak issue, and promptly set about repairing it. Mark's professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. His sense of humor put us at ease with what had originally been an anxious situation when we'd found the leak. Very professional, Chad was very good about explaining what was going on and what he was going to do to our HVAC heater unit. Showed me a lot of pictures of what he was doing and replacing. Wore face mask the whole time and shoe covers inside our home. On time. Explained again to me when he was finished how everything turned out. Office was very thorough about keeping me up to date when he would be at our place. Gave us a 10% discount since we signed up for the yearly service contract. 2nd day brought Chase he's still learning and paying attention to Chad very closely. We just moved into our condo - Brothers sent an absolutely great team - starting with Emily in the office - we spent the day with Brothers - Dana on plumbing - chad and Derrick on HVAC and Mike on Electrical - very professional - advised as to when arriving with updates - comprehensive inspection of all of the above - recommendations and our requests for additional work all completed that day. I'm 77 and have moved many times - so I've had the opportunity to work with firms over the years in many locations on all of the above and this is a well oiled team with very reasonable pricing - don't miss your opportunity to engage them. Brother's Plumbing is extremely kind, good at explaining the process and what to expect, timely on their commitments, and exceptional value. They've been out helping us with a master bath remodel and assisted in the paperwork requested by my insurance. I wish I had known sooner they also have a construction and remodel arm now too, because I would have used them for so much more than just plumbing. They are my go to guys now.
