I called asking if someone could come out to check my Lennox thermostat. The image on the screen had started fading a week ago.
Two technicians came out within 30 minutes.
Within minutes of inspecting my old thermostat, they gave me an assessment saying they could replace it with the same icomfort thermostat or an ecobee thermostat. I decided to go with the ecobee which was less costly and they had it on their truck.
Their service and knowledge of the product was very good

Did a great job with the annual AC maintenance/cleaning the outdoor condenser coil. It hasn't been able to keep up with the heat this year so far, but that has definitely helped, and for the first time in a while it's hit the shutoff temp, so has been able to cool to the desired temperature after today's annual cleaning. I have been using Bolls for my furnace and ac maintenance for several years. My ac until was running on borrowed time and it was time to buy another unit. From meeting with an owner to determining what to purchase and installation, the process could not have been better. Three professional installers showed up on time and they were friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. They installed an ac unit and a ductless system upstairs. Our central air failed about 5 pm on a 95-degree Wednesday afternoon. I called Bolls, identified myself as a service contract customer, and a tech got to our house in about 20 minutes. He wasn't on duty, but lives only a few blocks away, so he responded. He quickly identified the problem as a failed capacitor and had a replacement in his truck. Within a few minutes, he installed the new part and had the a/c running. He checked the system performance, gave us our no-cost invoice, and was on his way. Saved us a sweaty night!
