This is the most unresponsive and dangerous company I have ever worked with. They no-showed for an appointment and when they finally arrived, I found out I had a gas leak for the last 2 months. They said that isn't good but common in this industry??? It's not okay to dismiss this flagrant error on their part when my family is in danger for months! Their installers never bothered to do a bubble test to make sure there were no leaks before they left. They also dropped the ball on having my new system inspected by the county so this could have been found sooner. Their QA person didn't even call after finding this out until I reached out first two days later! Their GM won't call and address this. This company truly does not care. It's all about the sale and then you can fend for yourself after that. BEWARE when choosing a HVAC company. (See More)
