Blue Dot have provided exceptional service both selling, installing, and servicing our heat pump. Their service/installation technicians are courteous, efficient, well-trained, and effective. They communicate readily so one always knows what is happening. The sales personnel are excellent; don't try to sell you the most expensive equipment, but the unit that is right for your needs. Our experience has been exemplary. Blue Dot guys are the best.

During the hottest part of the summer, our A/C stopped working. Blue Dot was there to get it back up and running. Customer service was excellent - from scheduling the appointment through the service call. Corey F., our technician, was great. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. My air conditioner is three years old, purchased from Blue Dot. It broke yesterday and today (Sunday) I called Blue Dot for service. Blue Dot said no appointments were available until tomorrow (Monday) and I said if there were any cancellations to please call me for service today because my son has cancer and I needed a cool house. Within 30 minutes I got a call saying someone would be here between noon - four and at 11:30a.m. I got a call that Corey was on his way. He was professional, courteous and quick to diagnose and fix the problem, which was under warranty. The house is already cooler and I am so thankful that they were able to fit me in today. Don and Cory installed our air conditioner today. They did an excellent job. Don was up in our hot attic all day and never complained. Cory was in the attic and outside working hard and explaining what he was doing.They worked well has a team. Dan the sales rep that came out first was very pleasant and gave us the best price out of three other companies that came out. We would definitely recommend Blue Dot. (See More)
