they sold us on a new heat system and water heater. but didn't fix the problem of water leaking on my floor.
promised finance options that we could change if we notified them within a week of service. called multiple times to change it when we finally got ahold of someone they got back to us with a much different deal because they took to long to respond to get what they had first offered.
they are now ignoring my call. sounds good upfront but their customer care can't follow through.
don't do business with this company they are all show with no follow through if issues come up. (See More)

Scott was courteous and knowledgeable and I felt comfortable doing business with him. He used his resources to bring about the best possible outcome. I was convinced that he did his best to provide a professional and honest customer service experience that made it a pleasure doing business with him. From beginning to end, this was a pleasure. Scott was very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. I had done research ahead of time but still wasn't sure the type of system would work in our older home. He inspired a lot of confidence, gave us a fair estimate and scheduled the work almost immediately.
Ramon and Jose were both great to work with. They problem-solved quickly, explained all aspects of the installation and then worked all day to finish the project very quickly. I can't recommend them more highly. They were careful, neat, efficient, good humored.
