The team at Blue Dot was awesome. I was without heat for a four days and Blue Dot repair my furnace and make me aware that's I really needed a new furnace. However I decide to wait because the repair person got it up and runni again. I received three estimates and when I decided to go with Blue Dot my furnace was installed the next day.
The four guys was awesome kept me update all the time. The team was very professional and clean up all the mess in the basement and didn't leave any trash behind. Kudos to Blue Dot !!! (See More)

Brad and Tevin Taylor were great! They work together so well and get things done with high quality. I noticed the collaboration and coordination between the two allowed them to finish the installation on time with no issues. They took out all the old hardware, and installed the new ones in less than 7 hours. They also made sure the place was cleaned up after completion. The system is working beautifully. Tried to leave review for him but the link to facebook is not functioning since install date .. Blue Dot he is valuable to your company a real asset . This website to put additional reviews on is not user friendly , I can't post additional reviews for the other 2 employees who were involved in the removal and installation of my system . Brad M. worked diligently along side Don and is able to perform tasks presented to him a quick learner ***** stars . Mike R came in later and moved the project along ***** stars . Don and Brad were knowledgeable and friendly while installing our new HVAC system. They went above and beyond what their job duties were. I was not originally going to use Blue Dot- however, I was able to finance the system and air duct cleaning all in one which helped ease the financial burden of both expenses.
Side note: not thrilled with the person who came to give an estimate. I called this person off of a recommendation from someone- for air duct cleaning (thought he had his own business)...told me over the phone he could get me a deal for both air duct cleaning and new hvac- NEVER mentioned he was a contractor for Blue Dot until he showed up wearing a Blue Dot shirt. Also, he made it seem as if HE was the one coming back to clean the ducts- NEVER mentioned it was being outsourced to someone else. Happy with the installers but not so happy with the sales contractor. (See More)

Don and brad did a good job contending with the heat in the attic installing both the Ac and furnace. They did a very good job though there were 2 issues. 1 was the furnace was mis-wired to the compressor causing it to run all the time. And 2 the Freon lines required about 8 ozs to compensate for the length from the AC unit outside. (See More)

Even though Brad is an "installhelper" and is young, his level of maturity and respect is great. When he had a question about running an electrical line from the breaker to the unit he called me and told me his plans. We talked and came up with a better solution with which I felt more comfortable about. Most electricians would have done the "easiest" thing for them and not even bothered with the home owner. Brad was able to run the line and I was happy with the extra effort that I requested when the line went up into my attic so it would be in the way.

Brad was very good. Friendly and courteous as he seemed to do most of the outside AC system work. This is a minor point but as he was leaving, I asked what the exposed wires were near the AC unit.and he explained they are BGE's from the BGE box that switches unit off during peak usage. Blue dot not authorized to reconnect. It would have been helpful for him to explain prior to me seeing the exposed wires and asking. (See More)

I am so happy that I found Blue Dot when I was looking on line for HVAC service. They sent someone the same day to assess my problem, then an HVAC Comfort Advisor came to explain what they recommended I do. The very next day the team was here, also a crane, which was necessary for the job. Everyone concerned was helpful, polite, worked very hard, addressed all my concerns, left the work sites, spotlessly clean. I am really thrilled. One of the reasons I chose this company was that I saw they had an A on this website and to my mind they certainly deserve it. I cannot recommend them enough.
