The Blue Dot Tech, Ben, arrived in a timely manner, was pleasant and attempted to solve our problem. He could not, but informed us that he would be in touch with a Safety Tech who will hopefully address our issue. We are looking forward to a phone call from Blue Dot. (See More)

Showed up on time prepared for everything that was needed to complete my service with efficiency and a professional look. They were very friendly and informative, willing to explain each process to me and for that I am truly grateful. Both men clearly went above and beyond and it showed in there workmanship. The only break they both took was a rest room break and then stayed on task .

BD came out once a month for 3 months, same problem. On 3rd visit, scheduled 2-6, came at 6:30, too dark to work on unit, scheduled next day 10-2, showed up at 6. 3rd visit in 3 months, we should have been a priority. (See More)
