We were very pleased with Matt and is explanation of the entire ac/heat pump system we agreed upon. We felt he knew this product inside and out was not a pushy salesman. Matt did a great job installing the new AC and furnace. He also fixed some issues with the original installation from 2001 when my house was built. He was very thorough in addressing any questions I had and did a very professional installation, neat clean and I was fully satisfied with the results. (See More)

I had a new HVAC unit installed yesterday by Matt O. and Jason W. They were topnotch installers. They answered every question I asked politely. They were friendly and knowledgeable about their work. I am so happy that I found Blue Dot when I was looking on line for HVAC service. They sent someone the same day to assess my problem, then an HVAC Comfort Advisor came to explain what they recommended I do. The very next day the team was here, also a crane, which was necessary for the job. Everyone concerned was helpful, polite, worked very hard, addressed all my concerns, left the work sites, spotlessly clean. I am really thrilled. One of the reasons I chose this company was that I saw they had an A on this website and to my mind they certainly deserve it. I cannot recommend them enough. Matt O. and Ray B. were fantastic. They arrived very quickly and immediately got to work, efficiently getting everything I needed done. I really feel like they put in the effort to make my new A/C and Furnace look and function as well as if it were their own. They were polite, friendly, and extremely professional.
