I have had HVAC contracts with Blue Dot since 2003 and have always been satisfied with the service but I specifically requested Darren because I was so impressed with him when he serviced my furnace last fall. On Friday, while inspecting the vents, he determined that the UV unit installed several years ago was not in the optimal place and he moved the unit. He went over the inspection results with me and allowed me to make an informed decision on replacing a part . He also explained the benefits of installing a surge protector on my air conditioner and a whole house humidifier and left information for me to review. Based on the verbal and written information he provided, I will definitely be installing the humidifier in the fall. Darren is the consummate professional and an outstanding representative. Everyone at Blue Dot was sincerely helpful when my air conditioner died and I needed a replacement, pronto. Glenn analyzed my situation and came up with a perfect solution that fit my needs and my budget. Anthony and Louka showed up right on time, and worked quickly and expertly to get my new air conditioning/furnace unit installed. Anthony at Blue Dot Services of Maryland is a great representative of the conpany. He calls to let you know he is on the way. He makes sure the area is as neat as it was before he started. I have been dealing with Blue Dot for 17 yrs and have always been satisfied with your service. Did have to relace my furnace 2 years ago, Also did the same with the air cinditioner. Both are working fine. Service policy is a little expensive, but am happy to get the excellent service. (See More)

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. It was leaking a steady stream of water. I spent all of Monday night emptying a bucket of water every two hours. I explained my situation to your office staff. I could deal with no air conditioning during this terrible heat wave, but the water was going under my rugs and I was afraid it would damage the unit owner's ceiling below. Blue Dot was able to schedule me for today. Anthony F. found the problem. He was courteous, professional, informative and conscientious. Your office team (I spoke with several, but Ashley helped me today) understood why this emergency was not just about lack of air conditioning, but about an issue with water damage. They called the dispatcher and gave me a call as soon as Anthony was on the way. On a call, previous to this one we had an issue and I was considering not renewing with Blue Dot. The way everything was handled today restored my faith. Fingers crossed that the repair holds and we get through this heatwave. My only issue was that I called on Monday at 6, 8:15, 9:30 and 11:30 and was promised a supervisor would call me and that NEVER happened. That is the only reason for not getting 5 stars. I know we are dealing with extreme conditions and you were probably inundated with calls, but that is what defines emergency services. So again, your front line phone people were great and Anthony solved the problem. (See More)

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit yesterday and today. There was a constant stream of water leaking from it. I spent every two hours yesterday and today emptying a bucket of water along with having no air conditioning. Anthony F. from Blue Dot Services of Maryland came and corrected the problem.
