I recently had a over haul of my hvac, performed by blue dot and it was one of the best service I have ever encountered. From the initial call for service to the install. I am a DIY junkie and the installers Montre and Devonte was explaining things like I was a student. A lot of knowledge, these guys have. And left things spotless. Michelle was in constant contact with me even though I was at work initially. And she sounded so pleasant even though we played phone tag a lot. The were conscientious by ensuring to wear shoe coverings while they were inside and used drop clothes in the work space and removed all the debris.

Thanks to Montre & Damon for going non stop all day to install the furnace, condensor & thermostat. They were very friendly & professional and explained what they were doing & explained how everything worked, how to maintain the system & how to troubleshoot and know if I need to call a tech. The only problem was the hot water heater wasn't turned back on so I got no heat or hot water after they left so I called the emergency # & Mike came & got the hot water tank adjusted, the heat going & the hot water running. My 1st time using BlueDot & I'm very impressed! The tech who came to diagnosis my problem, Shawnte was on time & greeted me with a smile, introducing himself & a handshake. After telling him about the problem I was having he thoroughly check the furnace & thermostat and advised me of my options to fix or replace the aging system. He took his time explaining and showing me how the inner workings of the furnace was rusting and the parts were phasing out, then he was able to contact someone to come out the same day to give me information on replacement. Shawnte is a true asset to the company and I appreciated his expertise in explaining my options. We had our heater and air conditioner replaced by Blue Dot. Mario came to our home and presented us with options that best fit our needs. He even arranged for a crane to put the air conditioner unit on our roof. Montre and Damon spent an entire day installing the new heating and air conditioning system in our house. They did an excellent job. My wife and I were both at work and my mother and toddler son were home when they were working. They were polite while working and made everyone at home feel comfortable .
