I am so happy that I found Blue Dot when I was looking on line for HVAC service. They sent someone the same day to assess my problem, then an HVAC Comfort Advisor came to explain what they recommended I do. The very next day the team was here, also a crane, which was necessary for the job. Everyone concerned was helpful, polite, worked very hard, addressed all my concerns, left the work sites, spotlessly clean. I am really thrilled. One of the reasons I chose this company was that I saw they had an A on this website and to my mind they certainly deserve it. I cannot recommend them enough. Kudos to my Blue Dot crew! These guys went above and beyond to make sure my system was put in correctly. It was a 2-3 day job as it was a gas conversion from a heat pump. I was in need of an entire new system shopped and Blue Dot was the best deal for my money. I called for a appointment and Jeff was out within 2 hours. He was honest and explained everything so I could understand what I was paying for. Robbie and Tyshad were the installers and did a great job were very organized cleaned as they went and kept me aware of everything going on . even wore shoe covers to keep my carpet clean wow who does that . When the job was done Robbie explained how the entire system ran and how to care for it and keep it clean. Then showed me how to work the control panel and set it . I had 4 awesome techs installing my new heating and air conditioning unit . The area in which the system was going was a small tight crawl space, but these men worked hard and never complained. They were kind and funny , and a joy to have working in the house. these men were true professionals. I even had two neighbors inquire while the work was being done about the price, type of unit and what the men doing the work was like. they were also impressed, enough so they will be calling the company soon to set up appointments to see about getting new systems of their own. Robbe and Ryne leveled my Carrier Infinity Greenspeed heat pump. It was originally installed on frozen difficult to manage ground. The result of their efforts far exceeded my expectations. Not only did they level the heat pump on ground with a slope of at least 30 degrees they boxed it in with a wall of pressure treat 4x4's so that the earth couldn't erode and cover the base plate. It was truly a professional job. Great work ethics guys. I was definitely impressed with the final results. (See More)

Exceptional Service. Installation Technicians were polite and professional.
Technicians were knowledgeable and made us feel sure the heating/air conditioning unit and hot water heater were installed properly and working, along with new out door unit, thermostat and carbon monoxide alarm.
Put down drop clothes to insure not to track inside on carpets and wood floors.
Cleaned up and replaced furniture and other items which had to be moved and took all debris with them.

The installers and technicians that came out to our house were the BEST !!! Norm, Kevin and Robbie were very professional and polite. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we feel they were very knowledgeable and conscientious about their work. We felt very comfortable knowing that they were the ones replacing major systems in our home. Our job was a rather large one (furnace, cac and hot water heater) and they worked all day long (didn't even leave for a lunch break !) They wore booties in the house and cleaned the entire area before leaving. Blue Dot was on time for the install and completed it approximately within the time frame provided (9hrs). Throughout the process of evaluating HVAC options, Blue Dot was patient with the numerous questions we had for well over a year. Our main issue was noise. Blue Dot representative John Murphy was outstanding with recommendations, whether duct work issues or system issues. Considering the costs of a replacement we remained hesitant until a heat exchanger issue forced us to make a decision...Repair or Replace. We chose to replace the entire system with the Carrier Infinity 24ANB6 and 59TN6A. It has only been one week, but we have noticed an immediate and improved difference in the lower noise of the system. We previously had a 2001 Trane product that was extremely loud and while anything could have been better, we are pleased with the results. Technicians Shawn, Steve F, and Rob F were courteous, knowledgeable and respectful to our home. We highly recommend Blue Dot! (See More)

Our A/C leaked the beginning of July 2014. I called BGE home and wasn't able to get someone out to the house for at least 5 days. I checked out yelp and found the reviews for BlueDot was better than average. We had someone over our house to check the A/C the following morning and he took his time to find out the problem and also gave us options. In the end we had to get a new A/C unit but, the experience, patience and understanding that the sales rep to the service technicians was great. They made us feel comfortable and not pressured into getting something we didn't want and they took their time to take out the old unit and install the new unit nice and neat. Don and Justin arrived approximately 8:40 a.m. followed by Robbie a short time later. These men worked nearly non-stop until 8:45 p.m., eating their lunch while working and never stopping for dinner. Don was extremely careful and skillful in installing the furnace. In worked quietly and efficiently in overcoming some space problems related to the old furnace location. He had the machine shop construct a sheet metal modification which allowed installation of the humidifier on the return duct and he came back two days later to complete the project. Trai removed the old compressor and installed the new one, which he carried out on the coldest and snowiest day of the year. He later went over the placement of the unit with me but because of the cold temperatures, we have not as yet tested the unit. He cleaned up well and removed the pads from the elevator. Robbie returned with Don to install the humidifier. He was courteous and seemed to know what he was doing. In general we are very satisfied with the installation. Most companies promise excellent customer service, few produce it. Blue Dot, through Ronnie and his partner, are one of those companies that not only talk-the-talk of customer service, they walk-the-walk. The service that we received was unbelievable!!
