I had a new until placed inside my home in March 2022. When I turn on the AC it froze up my inside unit. I called and a tech came out on Sunday 22nd and was told I had to have new coil put in. It is now the 27th and still no AC. I have called everyday and have asked to speak to a manager and have been told that is not possible. This unit cost is 12000.00 and it is not working. Two of
The days in this house it was 95 degrees I have a heart condition and this is not right. Not matter who I speak to I get a run around. I want a new inside unit brought in. And also the until ran for 17 hrs and did not cool
Down my house. Is this right. I would not recommend this dam company to anyone. (See More)

Blue Dot Heating and Air Conditioning of Maryland came to diagnosis and ultimately repair my air conditioning unit after my chosen home warranty company told me to find my own vendor after I waited for four days without air conditioning in the sweltering July temperatures in the high 80s and 90s. The Blue Dot technician was an ultimate professional, he quickly diagnosed the cause, remedied the problem, and my AC was back in service within hours - not a week as Select Home Warranty handled my claim. I had two furnaces go down at the same time during the coldest day of the season. Ramon and Steve were excellent and knowledgeable. Their helpers, Charles and Tray were also hard workers. Mike and his helper joined the group and were very instrumental in completing the job under very difficult circumstances. The weather was in the single digits with wind chills below zero, but these men took their time to do a professional installation despite the tough conditions. I really appreciated that Ramon, Steve and Mike worked well together and assisted each other to make sure that my systems were done right. Can't say enough good things about these guys! (See More)

Their install techs worked all day non stop. They removed the old units and replaced them with new ones. The were friendly, courteous, clean, and professional. They always wore booties while in the house and also put down cloth to keep dirt off the floor from coming in from the outside. I would definitely use Blue Dot again and recommend them to friends. Ben Austins was the only tech on call on the coldest day of the season (1/4/2014) when our new heat pump went out. He was very attentive and diagnosed the problem correctly. It required a new circuit braker switch to be installed on our house side. It was not fixed Saturday as Ben did not have access to the correct hardware. I called back on Sunday (1/5/2014) and Tom Lyons came out. He stopped by Home Depot to get the switch/ circuit braker . He was terrific. When he realized he the switch did not fit he went back and got the correct switch. Tom Lyons was polite and knowledgeable. Tom did not stop until the job was done right. Thank you for this great support. I want to thank Mark Bartholme for supporting great technicians like Tom Lyons and Ben Austin. Mark deserves credit for nurturing such great support. (See More)
