Tom D and Cody were here for two days. Tom was meticulous in providing answers for ALL my questions! He was very astute, personable, neat, and very easy to comprehend!
My experience with Blue Dot began in February 2018 when my air handler stopped working.... a service technician was at my house, conviently when arriving home from work that day. He had been able to repair it that day and strongly advised I get a new system -- the old one was from 1986, and I knew he was right. That evening I spent with Rob in sales and made the decision on which unit to buy based on a conversation with the technician, reviewing options with Rob, and research I had been doing.
Fast forward through the months of waiting for BGE to approve the placement of the meter -- I switched from electric to natural gas .... I was given an approximate ETA and Tom was on the early side. That says a lot in and of itself! All the necessary lines were run, and Tom said he was not leaving until the air conditioning was working.... upon the arrival of the of the switch for the breaker he got the new A/C running. He didn't take short cuts and was NEVER unprofessional, but diligently worked throughout the long hot, humid, drizzly day. He had worked from around 8 am until 8:45 pm! He had to return the next day to do the install for the furnace and had taken the time that morning to let me know he had a brief meeting and would be here between 8:30 am and 9:00 am. Again, he arrived around 8! Once again, clean, professional and extremely considerate!
I am very pleased with the phenomenal service I had received! A HUGE kudos to Tom! As unpleasant as the day was, he maintained professionalism. He is definitely as asset to the company! A person who knows and likes the job they do is not an easy find!

The installation crew from Blue Dot did an excellent job of installing our new units and answered any questions we had. From getting an estimate at the time they came to evaluate our old system to making sure they cleaned everything up when they were done, they were very professional. (See More)

I could not say enough about Blue Dot. Kevin Langford, Comfort Consultant was outstanding with working with me to get the best price to fit my needs. Kevin worked not only to get me the best price but to have the system installed next day for it was extremely hot out and two older dogs that were suffering. Kevin Goody and Tom Deluca were the service tech that installed the system and were outstanding and very courteous. They took the time to explain to system functionalities and how to program thermostat. They even put back anything they moved in the basement back to their proper place. Blue Dot and all of their employees are amazing! My heater went out late at night and they sent someone over within the hour to fix it. I ended up having to replace my furnace and entire HVAC system. They were out the next day to do so and credited me for the replacement parts on the old system they had replaced a week before. I would highly recommend Blue Dot to anyone!!
