This review is for Technician JUSTIN who completed the "special" service Call 11648191 and Call 11653227. I was very pleased with Justin's service promptness, knowledge of my unit, and recommendations for comfort based on my HVAC unit. I was very happy with the benefit of having Justin explain to me the problem and take care of my cooling problem under the provisions of my BlueDot Home Service Plan. Although Fernando was not here (not available) for these specific service calls, he is my regular Technician who also provides excellent service and represents BlueDot very well in my home. Kudos for technician Fernando. He undertook a rewiring problem involving a new thermostat (part of a new Carrier System) that required several hours intricate work. Fernando was the third tech to come into contact with my AC unit. He was the only one to understand the problem and have the knowhow to explain and move forward to repair the unit. I am totally impressed with this HVAC GURU. Blue Dot is fortunate to have him on their team. Also, credit to Blue Dot for NO hassle warranty repair work. Blue Dot's guys did a great job installing a new A/C and furnace in one (albeit long) day. They arrived early, with a call in advance. The guys were professional, and wore their shoe covers. They removed all the old parts and debris and took it with them. The new unit was installed neatly and, after a couple of inevitable minor issues, the system was working great, hot and cold. They even took care of a few other things nearby to bring them up to code. (See More)

I recently had both zones of my heating and ac units replaced by Blue Dot. We have been contract customers since 1985 when they were Suburban Service. I have always loved my service technician, Fernando who comes twice a year to service those units. When we "bit the bullet" and replaced both systems we had 2 teams come in 2 consecutive days. Ramon, Charles, Carlos, Roy and Tony were the installers. They were a joy to have in my home. Professional, polite, clean and informative in explaining the new systems to me. Yes, the electronic review that we attempted to send in was way too complicated so we filled out the card that was provided at the time that our heating system was serviced by Fernanddo and mailed it in.
Essentially, what it said was....
Fernando was extremely proficient and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home and had complete trust in his ability to service our heating system. He took the time to explain what work he had done and showed me where the UV light that he had installed was located. In short, he was wonderful! (See More)

Our service technician, Fernando, was excellent. He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival as Blue Dot had told us he would. He had to replace our compressor. He was polite, meticulous and obviously knew his trade. He explained what he was doing and why. He was very careful not to track any dirt into the house and he did not rush his work outside, even as darkness approached. He provided us with the appropriate paperwork when he completed the job and was very pleasant during the entire time. (See More)

I think Fernando does a very complete job. While he is completing this work I usually stay close by to answer or ask questions. On this visit he sold me a $400.00 UV light to kill mold. He found a couple of spores on the cage fan housing. I feel confident that he is an honest tech. He takes time to show you if there is a problem. I continue to ask for him to service my unit.
