Blue Dot technicians always competent, arrive on time and perform the required service(s) thoroughly. Ken was no exception.
However, I do have a concern about the charges, since I have a service plan with Blue Dot and have for many years. This is the first time I have had addition charges for service (not parts). Perhaps Blue Dot could explain to me what, exactly, I am paying the annual fee for.
Thank you--your technicians are excellent, your policies not so much. I have recommended you many times in the past , not sure I can continue. (See More)

Ken arrived on time, called before arriving and did a thorough analysis of the potential problem. The technician was excellent. However, I am not sure what I pay the monthly fee for, since I also paid for the service call. Will contact Blue Dot. The $200+ dollars per year I thought was supposed to cover this type of call (See More)
