Jim arrived & got right to work on my requested concerns,,he explained as he went along,,gave me tips on the Heating unit filters,,he took more than 7 minutes as another company had done before,,also gave advance on certain policies that pertain to this project for future reference,,I have to call that other company,,& close my account ASAP,,10 stars to Jim (See More)
