After calling blue dot due to issues with our fan continuously running, we had a service rep out that day, Skip informed us that the control board was bad, with that being an expensive fix we decided to look into replacing the 17 year old system. Don Jacobs came out from sales, he was very professional and did a great job of letting us know all of our options for a replacement system. Two days later Jeremy W. as well as Mike C were out to install our new system. Jeremy and Mike did a fabulous job were very considerate and professional. Anytime anyone else is in and out of your home there is a certain amount of apprehension that goes with it. Jeremy and Mike's personalities re-leaved those fears instantly. The system looks perfect, the clean up was immaculate and the instructions for use were explained in simple terms. (See More)
