Shawnte was very professional, very helpful, he also gave me a lot of needed information. He checked my hot water heater ,furnace, and told me i needed a new one. He called a salesman in the area that aided me in buying a new hot water heater, furnace, and air conditioner that was installed the next day. Thank you Shawnte for your professional service.

I have had technicians who have not been able to diagnose/or fix my radiator heating system (over the years!!!). Shawnte White was referred to me by a client and sure enough he was able to diagnose the problem almost immediately. Shawnte explained the problem to me in a very professional manner. It makes a difference when a technician is knowledgeable about his product.

Tiyese Pope and Tek-Lou did an amazing job, and I was very satisfied with their work ethic and respectful demeanor. I felt confident the entire time that they were provided the same service to me that they would provide in their own family's homes. James Mackereth and Brad Macko were also great, but I didn't deal with them too much personally. (See More)

The Blue Dot customer service started out great from the start. My furnace died days before a snow storm and after calling Blue Dot, they had a technician (Shawnte White) at my house within 2 hours on a Sunday. Shawnte identified the problem within minutes, but also recommended that I fix the entire furnace. I agreed to replace the furnace and A.C. Unit, along with the water heater. The team that performed this job was amazing. They arrived at my house that following Tuesday promptly at 8:30AM (Tiyese Pope & Tek-Lou) as promised (instead of some 4 hour window). Along with atleast two other members of their team (James Mackereth & Brad Macko), they had all three units completely replaced and up & running that same day. I mainly dealt with Tiyese and Tek-Lou, who were very respectful and seemed to work non-stop until the job was done. I would definitely recommend Blue Dot to any of my friends, family or co-workers. Their customer service by far exceeded my expectations. (See More)

The individual I talked to on the phone about renewing my service contract was very helpful and courteous. The invoice was confusing and as it turned out wrong. She figured it out the error so I could make an informed decision. The maintenance appt was very thorough and Shawnte gave me lots of excellent information to consider as my equipment ages. I am so happy that I found Blue Dot when I was looking on line for HVAC service. They sent someone the same day to assess my problem, then an HVAC Comfort Advisor came to explain what they recommended I do. The very next day the team was here, also a crane, which was necessary for the job. Everyone concerned was helpful, polite, worked very hard, addressed all my concerns, left the work sites, spotlessly clean. I am really thrilled. One of the reasons I chose this company was that I saw they had an A on this website and to my mind they certainly deserve it. I cannot recommend them enough.
