The house had been sitting without heat for a year and a half when I was able to secure Black Bear.
The plumber/electrician we had contracted was no longer available, leaving me with a boiler/heater sitting in the basement in its box along with ducts and pipes, etc.
Without Bob and his crew we would not have heat or air now.
They did a fantastic job setting up the entire system to include several heating zones and air ducts, thus enabling us to move into the home in a comfortable and reliable setting.
The basement was getting some moistures I had them install a dehumidifier which solved the problem.

After losing my husband I built a new home. There was a faint odor of propane in my living room and two other service providers came to the house and said that no leaks were detected. The propane sensors in my home had gone off twice and the fire department had responded. I was really concerned because the smell was not going away. I called Bobby at RezBear and he sent Jason out to my home. Jason was the only person that thought to take the glass off of the propane fireplace to check for leaks and sure enough he found that one of the valves had only been hand tightened and that valve was the source of the leak. Jason also went through the rest of my home and checked every appliance as well as the underground fuel tank. I cannot tell you the relief that I felt finally feeling like my home was safe. Took measurements but did not white them down. Did not tell company that I needed further work done. Weeks later after I was finally given an estimate because I called to find out what was taking so long. The technician had ordered the wrong part because he did not promptly tell his company what I needed and forgot what I asked if him.
