He was very professional, tried everything he could, looked to see if the leak was from the ac, followed the pipelines for water and ended up having to cut a small L shaped hole in the basement ceiling. From that hole he was able find out that the water was coming from a pipe on the dryer to outside. Whoever built the house didn’t do it right and the calking came loose and was creating moisture. He was professional and was great to reassure me that it can be fixed. He was very nice and I wouldn’t mind him coming back if I needed him again. I chose BELOMAN based on their 5 star rating on the internet. On Monday evening, we discovered a major leak in our 15 year old hot water heater. We knew it was a ticking time bomb and grew very concerned. I called BELOMAN prior to 7:00 AM the next morning to request same day service after 1:00 PM. Carrie was very accommodating and sent Colby H to my home. He was amazing! Colby had our old hot water heater out and the new one installed in slightly over 2 hours without making a mess. Colby took the time to explain what he did and the warranty that comes with the hot water heater. My dog even liked him and followed him around. BELOMAN offers a military discount as well which amounted to $80 off my bill. Overall, it was a very positive experience despite the expense of getting a new hot water heater. (See More)

Just had a leak in our older than dirt Delta shower single lever 600 series faucet. Got a lot of advice from DIYs and the internet to get the cap off the faucet to fix it ourselves. Didn't work, had to call a plumber. Called a Belo competitor because we did not know Belo did plumbing. Got a $2095 bid for a supposedly M-F fix. Called Belo after a friend suggested them and they came in with a bid of $750. We were without water for a couple of days but, for that kind of savings it was worth it. It was their 5 star reviews that tipped the scales for us too. The other company did not have that at all. The job was finished quickly and no fuss or muss. They deserve the 5 star ratings they get. Frozen pipes? What do you do? My 87 year old mom could not get water. She lives in a modular home and I have no idea what to do. The first plumber I called would not come out due to policy, something about heating pipes and fires and modular homes not mixing. Beloman to the rescue. New Years Day, *** was taking the emergency calls. He said they would have someone out the next day. Again, ***** *. to the rescue. Within 2 hours mom had water. Mom was lucky. Her modular has water pipes wrapped in heat tape and a wire that heats up to keep the water lines open. Someone had pulled the plug on the wire. ***** saw it, updated the plug, and we had water shortly thereafter. I WAS RELIEVED. MOM WAS OVER THE MOON. Beloman, your the best. We were pleased with the response to our plea for help in getting our hot water heater pilot light to re-light. We expected the $60 trip charge but were astounded at the $55 repair charge for a 10-minute visit. The representative, Colby, was very nice as was the phone person who got him to our house. However, the eventual $98 charge (we got $17 off since we are on a contract with Beloman) seemed somewhat excessive for what was done. Colby relit the pilot light by pressing the right buttons and waiting for the pilot light to ignite the heater. I guess it boils down to knowing which buttons to press.
